the flat is tooo expensive for what it is.Our poor co filipino thought it is a bargain, but we told them, its not.

I asked my Boss's secretary, if not resident of France, di raw pwede, because they will be asked of source of income, bank accounts, etc etc.

Eh, they dont have. Undeclared pa nga work nila sa amo nila, anobayan!(tagalugin ko na, para pang pinoy undestanding lang, na sila ay tourist visa status here, with future tnt status, nag work ke Amo, tapos, bili na sila bahay dito????

ngek, lolo's right.. and even if you buy the property, i think you could rent it for more than 500€/month (mahal dyan sa nice, right?).

but i think even if you're not a resident of france, you could still acquire properties here, there are a lot of europeans already settled in france.. when we bought our property here, they didnt ask me for extra papers because i wasn't a resident yet (i still had the one-year renewable visa by then)...

the most important paper anyway that you need to produce here is the guarantee that you could pay the amount.. salary, employment contract, bank account, revenu taxes, etc..
