Bon. I wrote to french embassy manila about the process of my daughter Loraine. They passed me to OFII (Office of French Immigration and Integration) . I went to Ofii, wrote them via registred mail. The answer is NO,they phoned me, no solution for my daughter.
Not even a document to say, sorry, no visa for your daughter.

If you go back to the lists above, you can see, there again some sort of favoritism.
ALL EU NATIONALS including Swiss and UK nationals, can ask visa for their family member to visit or join them in europe, including those above 21 years old.

French Embassy and OFII snobbed me splendidly, the law doesnt apply to me, being french national.

Bureaucracy eh?

not really good news Miss F:-(
amy, heloo!ang tagal na rin ng pagsisikap mo na makakuha ng visa ke loraine..ganon ata di nila sinasabi ang reason, basta sorry lang..kahit anak ko ganon din non nagtry ako kunin sya for vacation..
Meng
veta, unga. Ganuna talaga.

Meng,hello.
I told loraine to pass all complete documents.

Visa waived naman yan, so she asked an appointment.

Ganun nga daw sa Japan, walang visa for family. But here in Europe, meron, includes faily from third world countries.
And the law about visa for loraine was approved June 2011.
If they do not apply it, then they violate my rights.
We will see.
Unfortunately a visa is not a right but a privilege, and this does not apply to France only but to many countries.
Immigration laws get tougher and tougher to fight abuses and honest people suffer as consequences.
korek. I was offered to pass my daughter to some "undisclosed" ways, I said no.If I stay honest with French immigration laws, even it will took us looong and kilometers of patience, we will do it.

After all the sun shines everyday to the good and bad ones,so does the privilèdges... I think.di ba?
