Bonjour!


Thursday, Nov 19 was holiday in Monaco.
I didnt work, eheeeehheste, holiday with pay ako.
Friday, still my off,also saturday to sunday.
Four days!
Why kasama ang Friday, eh working day na yan!
Kabago bago ko lang sa work ko!
Kasi, sinabi ko sa Secretary, utangin ko yung Friday, wala naman employers eh.
Ibawas na lang ika ko sa bakasyun ko.

Ok ke Secretary, lol
Kasi sila rin, tatakas, ipit yung Friday, then saturday sunday, days off, aba eh, buti na yung magbakasyon na kami sa Tahiti!
Joke lang.

Eto pala nakakatuwa. Yung POLE EMPLOI (Labor office ng France, Nice Branch) kept sending me employers to see for interview.
Sinabi ko ke Michel na i inform sila, hired na ako since Oct 7, and if hindi ma actualiser(update) yung status ko sa kanila, hindi nila ako titigilan kaka send ng employers to see.
So ginawa ni Lolo, they send them my new photocopy of payslip, matahimik lang daw ako.At sila.
Eh di tumigil na sila....

Eh yoko kasi ng kinukulit.
Tigil na rin ako kakulet ke Lolo.

In Monaco, if the employer send HIRING DOCUMENTS to SSS , they (SSS), will send back an appointment for medical checkup.
So, a letter was sent to the office for appointment .
If me sakit ako, di nila ako bigyan ng PERMIS DE TRAVAIL (work permit) kasi.

945am my interview. Speak french sila. If english ka lang, they ask you, they will send someone. Or bahala ko to express yourself in french.Ke barok, basta alam mo mag demonstrate, oks n yun!


First interview, optic check up, pasado naman mata ko even nakasalamin na
Babasahin ko eh,sa cms sizes na letters.Ow, liit na nun, kahit eagle'seyes ka pa di mo mabasa without optic lens!
With urine test, binigyan ko ng plastic cup.Sinabi ko nga jokingly, why here in the cup, wala ba kayo toilet? Natawa si Doctora, hik hik hik.
Konti lang daw ilagay ko. Konti nga, wala pa one kutsarita.
Konti lang daw eh, obedient ako kaya konti....


Then next stage, hubarin daw lahat ng damit, except bra ang panty.
Iinterbyuhin nila ako ng nakaganun????!!!
Silip ko muna kung men yung iinterview, or else, tatakip ko talaga coat ko.

Ten minutes interview, naka bra at panty, di ba, asiwa yun? Brrr pa sa ginaw, naka aircon yung room, 12°cold sa labas ang weather.
Imagine the scene...

Then yung hospital records ko na na operahan ako sa breast, nasa files nila, nag forty days sickleave ako last year, baka daw cancer yung sakit ko, di nila ako pwede bigyan ng work permit!!!

Pinakita ko yung radio therapy ko,Stopped last Jan 2009, yun na naniwala,or else daw if nag chemo ako, no way na ma approve work permit ko.
That day,I recieved a letter of recommendation with huge letters : APTE (fit to work)
Yeheeey...

Pag balik ko ng employers' apartment, sinabi ni Secretary, na fax na yung result ng exams mo, so okey na.(Bilis na man???!!!)

SSS talaga ow, hataw sa sss contributions!!!

Opo, ganun ka ek ek when working in Monaco.

If someone pala wanted to work here, proffesionally,Declared(dafat lang!) dapat me valid home address ka dito, resident permit to work if foreigner like me, or possible an EU citizen.
And qualified for the position, of course.

For info lang, hindi yabang...
