save my _ss

Bonjour! This is the scenery in front of the terràce, boàts /yàcths .
The story is àbout sàving -ss, hehe
Not à dignified topic, noh?
When I heard that from Facundo, I asked him politely," Sorry?"
-Save my _ss, Francesca.( while he wàs pàtting his bottom, lol)
Madame who was nearby said to him in German that he should not use that word.
I told Madame, Im not used to it but I can accomodate hehe.
Facundo said:
-Francesca is broadminded, she does understand.
-Sure, but I have limits ow!!!
I didnt say that though,
Instead:
-Sir, whàt is it thàt you wànted?
-Do you know how to cook Bouillabaisse (read as bu-ya-bes)?
-No.I dont know how to cook it, but I know and tasted it, it is a fish soup menu, origin in Marseille, France, but I never cook it yet.Why?
- I promised four guests tonight that I will cook bouillabaisse, but I dont know!!!!
-Haha. Thàts heàding for trouble!
-Yes, thats the idea, haha. Will you save my -ss?
Sir, I càn sàve your neck... I will search the internet.
-Yeah, thats an idea!
-Ngek, i forgot,we dont have internet connection yet.
-Try your pc to the terrace, maybe some boats in front got some wifi un secured.
-Ok.
(Girls, imagine the scene, I was looking for a wifi connection by passing my laptop near the edge of the terrace.
At last I got one, ,me naawa, hehe and i searched Bouillabaisse.(bu-ya-bes)
Meanwhile Madame went to bed, she left us of our silliness, lol)
At last I found one menu in the web, but in french language!
Of course, it is a french menu noh!
Facundo excitedly told me to print it?
-Sir, we dont have a printer.Printer Madame gave was now in my house in Nice.
-Then write it down.
-In French?
-Noooo, I dont speak french, translate it in German,(he wàs joking)
-Ngek!
-Ok in English.
-Right!
I did translate the menu from french words to english.
(Chicken lang, ako pa!Sus, Yabang, haha!)
.
I gave him the list of ingredients.
(fish, shrimps, mussels, squids,clams,coriander celery endives leeks onion safran , fish soup orange juice mince garlic two eggs, salt pepper).
He ran to the shop and after thirty minutes, we study and rehearsed the cooking instructions.
Perfect.
At six pm, Madame me and Facundo were busy in the kitchen.
Me: cutting the veges
Facundo :washing the seafood and cutting the spices
Madame: does the sautee in the wok
"will you pass me that and that?
Is the ornge juice already squeezed?
Where are the pot covers?
Do we have the safran?"
Sus, as im the minority, I do the passing it over while mixing eggs with olive oil in a bowl!
We were like scientists inventing something, lol
Sometimes, banggaan ng pwet, sige lang.
We seriously invented Bouillbaisse.
The intergrity of Facundo was at stake.
And if the menu is a disaster, it is my fault!!!

The result of the cooking was soo good, we jumped with joy.

Madame open a new bottle of white wine and we started the feast while waiting for the guests.
We set the table for Six, including for me.
Yes, I ate with them.
And I did the "rouille" also, it is a paste like mayonnaise but with garlic and safran to put in the toasted bread while "sige higop ng Bouillabaisse soup!

At the end, we didnt finish the Bouillabaisse. Pano, Facundo bought a lot of those seafoods, in a big pot,we cant stuff our mouth anymore.
I told Madame, that tomorrow, we will eat Paella, out of the left over seafoods.
-Do you know how to cook Paella too? One of the guests asked me.
-No.
(They làughed)

you know, i wanted to cook this too not for my own facundo-jc but for me since I really love eating fish. Pero I need it fresh na isda at at least 4 or 5 different types of fish diba? for more better taste. I have my friend here, originally from Marseille, he told me the origin of that menu and generally daw noon it is the food for mahihirap, they mix all left over fish (ended up sa mga fish na maraming "tinik") so they make soup out of it by simply added spices. heheh I believe him though.
For that saving _ss bah, i hope that you wont allow him anymore to believe that you are can "sit-in" to his jokes because he will become more and more vulgar until he will be more comfortable because for you its "OKAY" he must not abused you. hindi niya pala kaya mag luto bakit nag papa ka bida pa siya. so next time tell him to " de _erdez vous!"

Ate, you are too hilarious :). You are really having the adventure of your life. You should have taken a pic of the fish soup - as Soy said take a pic of the paella next time. Love the little dramas you encounter everyday.

talking about bouillabaise soup , if your in cebu city you have to go to casa laguna they serve a very delicious bouillabaise soup .

pero eventually, hindi na nag i i slang or street words si facundo sa akin, na dodoctrina ko na, lol
about buyabes, onga for poor french daw yun but dahil sumikat, kaya nasa five star resto na rin.The best fishes daw for buyabes, yung nasa Mediterranian sea, dont know if it is true.
