He is not dead. Instead he was happy of the outcome.
I was sacked.

This is what happened.
If you remembered the post about what he told me, that if I dont come to work, the Boss will sack me.
I told him, Im on sickleave, how can I work? By the law, the Boss cant sack me on my sickleave?????
And he hanged up the phone...

Since three weeks, Michel had been asking Butler to see the Boss about my hospitalisation. Michel even gave Butler my sickleave forms by the Surgeon, which he signed and was sent to SSS for my salary.

Michel went 2X to see the Boss,Butler always told Michel, the Boss is not around.
Two visits, two denial that the Boss was not around.
Michel asked him the phone number of the Boss to call him and discussed my situation, Butler graciously refuse.
That creep!

I phoned and asked Butler, if I can have the phone number of the Boss.
Butler said, he cannot give it to me.
It irked me,but instead of fighting the goonie, I made a letter for the Boss and sent it via registered mail.

My letter goes like this:

Bonjour.Good day,
Que ma lettre vous trouve ainsi que Madame en bonne santé.
That my letter will find you and Madame in good health.
Je me dois de vous écrire car je ne peut vous joindre par téléphone.
I must write you, because I cannot join you by telephone.
(Butler) refuse de me laisse votre numèro et que mon mari ce soit presenté deux fois chez vous,(Butler) lui faisant savoir que vous n'etiez pas présent.
Butler refuse to give me the phone number and even my husband was here two times, Butler said, he doesnt want to know, as you are not at home.

Cette lettre est pour vous confirmer d'apres le dernier rendezvous avec le chirurgien qui'l me sera possible de travailler le Samedi 29 Novembre 2008 ou si vous desirez le Lundi, 01 Decembre 2008.
This letter is to confirm that after my last appointment with the Surgeon, he told me, that I can work on Saturday, 29th November or if you prefer on Monday,Dec 1 2008.

S'il vous est possible de me telephoner à XXXXXXXXX pour confirmer la date precise cela sera vraiment apprecié.

If you can possible to phone me to confirm the date of work, it would be much appreciated.

Today, Saturday,November 29 at 10 am,my celphone rang.

-Allo.
-Francesca?
-Monsiuer, Bonjour, comment allez vous.(Sir, how are you.)
-You dont work today?
-Oh, I was waiting for your call, if you want me to work now, or Monday...
-Come today.
-D'accord, toute suite,j'arrive dans trente minutes.
Ok, right away, im coming in 30mins.

I told Michel, to bring me to Monaco.

I arrived, I have the keys, so I entered and said hello to Butler nicely and Bonjour to the Boss.He said that today is my last day and he was giving me two months salary, and all the termination letters with it.

I signed,OBLIGINGLY, (nakataas ang kilay ko, cant even cry, what for)and in 5 minutes, it was done, I asked him what did I do, why I was sacked.
He said, it was written in the paper. I read it and even in french language, I understand that he was accusing me of being not serious of my work and even damaged some of his things in the house.
Olaaaaahhhh. What things? He didnt want to discuss it to me...

I wanted to discuss about it, but he dismissed me by telling Butler:
Send her out.

Ganun????! Kakataas kilay ha.

I said bye, and manage even to say HAVE A NICE DAY to them, but I felt, hey, whats going on??? But being makulit ako, I managed to asked politely if he received my registered letter.He answered yes, and asked me why I have to send him a letter, why didnt I call?

I said, Butler told me, you are not around, and I asked your phone number, he doesnt want to give it to me. Even the house phone. Dont I have the right for the house phone number?
He just waved his hands and entered his bedroom.
But I planted on him, some doubts, Im sure of it...
Why would I send a letter if I can contact him by phone...



Anyway, I was schemed, and thats it.
I checked the payslips he gave me, it was for the month of Oct and Nov 2008. Normally, he should not pay me because it was my sickleave months.
But he sacked me, the day I restart my work and pay me instead.
He sacked me, because he was annoyed, I was on sickleave.
Ok, he got the money, he does what he wants.
But Im sure, he sacked me due to mis informations of Butler.
That crawler.
I wonder what lies he told the Boss about me.

I will see the Labor Office of Monaco about my case on Monday.
I dont mind the termination of my post. I still have a second employer in the afternoon. Besides, I can find work easy with my experiences.
But I have questions that needs to be answered by Labor Office.
I just want to make it sure if the months (October and November ) of my termination is valid,when I am on sickleave in those months.

No one works in my post when I arrive at the villa of the Boss. Even a hint that there's someone using my uniform. Nagtipid na ba sa salary si Bossing?
Or na Fried chicken na naman si Bossing...
Remember, I resigned 2005 and 2007, he called me back to work.

Normally,on sickleave months, it is the SSS should pay me, not the Boss.
But then, money works. And the rich always have ways...
