They are very cautious to their diet. Rich eh!
Breakfast: One apple, one sliced bread with butter and jam, freshly squeezed orange juice, natural yogurt, tea with milk for madame, coffee for sir.Thats breakfast.
In Phils: fried rice , dried fish, fried egg, tomatoes, coffee
Lunchtime:For Madame : a glass of fresh juices (a combination of: one each of carrot, fennel, celery, apple ,orange.) I put it in a machine, that seperate the fibers and produces only juices.
Shredded carrots, sliced tomatoes, sliced artichoke, red pepper, lettuce, cucumber, red radish ; I do not mixed them on serving plate.I serve it seperately in a plate. They picked what they like.
Sauce of balsamic, olive oil, sugar and salt vegetal (mixed).
Bottled Tuna on olive oil.Sometimes, just thin sliced ham.
Water Mineral.
Tea.
They dont drink coca cola.Et oui, diet, you see...
In Philippines: as long as there is rice, its a good meal.
Dinner: Vegetable soup from fresh vegetables of leeks, potatoes, celery carrots. Or nothing. They go to bed, no dinner. Shock!!!!
In my country,DINNER must always with rice.
If they want to eat shrimps, it has to be served unshelled, take off the black vein.
If I serve fish, no bones, no scales. If whole fish (bar ot dorade) I would serve only the meat. I must take off all bones and headin front of them.Arrange nicely on plate with a decor of one brocolli or sliced lemon
Thats first class. Ala Five star restaurant.
If chicken menu,fillet only,no bones,no skin.
If they desires beef or pork, fillet only and no fats.Please...
They dont use mayonnaise at home.
Frying oil must be vegetal, non fat.
Saute veges only with non fat butter.
Milk for cereals must be fresh milk.
Milk for tea or coffee, it must be soya milk.
Maybe they dont have anti bodies?
Thats why, LOL
If pasta noddles, put salt and olive oil and it must be aldente, not too soft.
If mashed potatoes, just steam it,no boiling, and when cooked, peel it all, and served to them whole, they mashed it themselves on their plate and eat it with butter. I dont served it mashed , it is not a good presentation.
Service de table must be in good presentation.Silver cutlery with linen table napkins! So you could imagine my laundry everyday, consists of stained linen table cloth, table napkins, and must iron it with starch product to make it nicely done.
Thats why, thanks for the invention of anti stain for clothes before washing all to the machine.Work life of Francesca becomes easy.Hehe.
Thats cooking and service de table for the rich.Thats how they eat.
At home, I once tried the same with Lolo(hubby).I took out my best Gerrman cutleries, fine linen table set cloth and napkins, tall wine glasses. Nice presentation on the table with all the trimmings with the not needed "what nots"!
Ngek! Lolo was not impressed. He prefered to concentrate on the menu below.

Hmmp!
He is not rich, you see. Yet.
