Have you receive many gifts?
Butler, as usual today, (his new identity,as Mr Mistral lakas hangin kasi eh), told me, he recieved his gifts from his previous employer.
200€.
Then his gf got 100€ and blouse, coat, etc ect.
He wondered if what will our Boss would give this season?
I said: "I dont expect anything, Butler.
But it doesnt mean I do not "hope on something" from them..."
di ba, honest answer na yun?Hihi.
Anyway, today, our Boss gave Butler: A Fila jacket(made in China nga lang daw sabi niya.)
I told him,its a nice gift, at least hindi yung galing sa points on buying petrol on gasoline station, hehe.Or from grocery points...
Girls, meron kasing ganun eh.
Or some, give gifts, galing din sa exchanged gifts from previous parties.
Or, if may gift na ayaw ng Madame, ibabalot uli, and give it to their employees.
I saw once, a dress, so awful cut, that my (previous)Boss told me to bring to a gift shop to have it wrap nicely, to give it to the tutor of her son, Lol!
The postman arrived , gave the 2008 Calendar, and asked a gift from the Boss. Boss gave a 100€.
Butler showed it to me. Paasar ba!
I told to the postman: The Boss gave you 200€ but Butler pocketed half of it...
Ang deny ni Butler,grabeh, lol
Sama tingin ng postman sa kanya, haha.
Loko ka, painggitin mo ako, I put you in trouble, hehe.
Hinabol ako ni Butler when he returned!
Lapit nga ako sa room where the Boss is,hihi.
Hanap ako refuge ba.
Back to: about gifts of Butler...
A chocolate box and a Panetoni bread cake.
He was "really" celebrating,lol!
Mine , when I reached home,I open it, there were two pull over blouses, panetoni and chocolates.
At least meron.
Even without, happy na ako. Di naman ako nag cecelebrate kasi eh.
Kaya ang enthusiasm ko to receive is 0 level, hihi.
If meron, thanks, if wala, okey lang, I will not lose my day grudging about it, haha.
Of course, Butler screamed: Thats all???!! PANETONI, BLOUSE, Chocolates?!! In Italy, the employers gave 13th month pay!!!
I told Butler, that in France,(and Monaco), employers do not give 13th month salary, because the monthly declaration pay (they gave to SSS to insure your health, life, in case of out of work and retirement),is already 46% of monthly salary!Saang bansa meron ganun?
France and Monaco laang...
"Laki laki pa sweldo mo, lugi na sila, dont you think Butler?"
He asked me if my afternoon Boss gave me some "cadeaux".
I said, none, nothing.
Why should I tell Butler, that from my galanteng afternoon employers,I got a Hermés perfume, worth 149€(mahal na for me yun ha) and double pay (yehey!)for the month of December?
In France news, a french spend 550 € (40thousand pesos)minimum for the holiday season for gifts, party,or new clothes(and shoes).
And you? As tu reçu beaucoup des cadeaux?

hi francesca! how are you? it's been a long time since i commented here pero i always visit to read your posts. lurker lang kung baga.
i have the same attitude as you. i don't want to expect gifts from other people. para kung wala, hindi disappointed. for me, i don't mind re-gifting. kasi what if hindi ko naman talaga kailangan yung gift na yun tapos other people can make good use of it? atleast, win win kame diba?
MERRY MERRY CHRISTMAS to you and your family! you are so blessed! :)

yung regifting para lang yun sa mga taong na gusto magbigay pero gipit sa pera so kung may pera why not buy new for them if we really want to give from our heart? and if you don't like what you recieve wag nang ibalot uli para ibigay sa reciever; they will have the impression na as if nag bigay with sincerity unless if you tell the truth to them why you give the gift? yun lang..
UY, mga girls friends thanks, sa comments and lurking my site.
Kala ko ba nasa parties kayoooo and puyats?!
kasinusually, this the time of holidays too busy to stay in front of pc ah.di ba?
Anyway, sa regifting,
whatever.
anybody does what they like.
basta di ko pera, hihi.
Eto tsika.
Today, a gift came in the house for my Madame, she did open it already, and guess what, Afrcan silk dress, but for big mama ang design.Parang duster, day!!!
Ang tawa namin ng Madame ko.
The friend said to Madame, it would be nice if you put a belt with it...
But, even me, I will not put it on, kahit signature labeled pa siya...
Awful talaga. Feel ko kunan ng photo to blog, kaya lang baka makita ng famous designer, haha.
Ma libel akesh.
yun muna tsika.

and, sabi ni Lolo nyo.
The gifts ,its true, it must come from the heart...
But in reality, it comes from the wallet, you see.Pushed by the motivation of the heart (of the giver)
And some daw, give less expensive gifts, but expect bigger ones in return, haha.
In marghie and Anjo's school, the teacher told them to bring a gift, worth 1€ only.
Anything, as long as 1€.
And they brought snacks,(kukutin and drinks) not meals.
Mas masaya pala ang ganun Ma, less burden to us?
Ahh, the joys of gift giving...

Thanks for visiting my site earlier. Millionaires re-gifting? Binabalot ulit para ibigay? Kuripot naman.
For me I would be thankful of the person thinking of me enough to give me something no matter how cheap. Read this post:

This is my mind set this Christmas, so I'm not really expecting from others:
http://mygoodfinds.org/2007/12/03/expecting-more-from-ourselves/
We received gifts from our immediate family and I'm just done sending them out. We normally don't go crazy of spending for Christmas here. This season we said that we only spend cash and no credit cards.
