Vacation?

No, we are staying in France.
Why?
I am working four hours in the morning even they are away. Im bound to do the hours declared and paid(in advance) so I cant go anywhere.
In the afternoon, I am off until September.
Thats the "beauty" of having two employers, grrrr!
Im stucked to one, I am free to the other.
Also Marhgie and Anjo must finish the contract they signed to learn the language. They end thier school on August 31. If they want to continue after August 31, they will just sign a recontract, of course depends on them.
I said to them to continue,(sign a recontract) so that allowance from Govt, continue also, hehehe.
So, no London trip, no holiday anywhere. We end up having a swim every sunday at the Nice beach instead.
That's consider a holiday. Di ba?
Hmmn, not quite, sabi ni Cheeky, our cat!
Besides, I hate water.Sabay hikab si Loko!
The only one having a loooong vacation is Lolo Michel. Eh, retired na eh.
And Oh, chico, he is with us. And Al Pa-cheeky annoyed him, Chico is soo disgusted.
Nag rarambol sila! Chico felt unwanted as a guest!
"I want to go back home to Monaco..."
Chica from my coffee mates. Dont know if this is true. She saw it in the TFC Channel.
Three filipinos were in jail in Jeddah(?) Saudi Arabia, because they were charged of murder of a co filipino.
Why they alledgely killed another filipino?
They gave money as bet to a Lotto to this filipino and HE DIDNT PUT IT!!!
The numbers won!!!
The filipino said, because he forgot.
So they killed him.
Now they are in jail, for death penalty.
Eh, in Saudi law, a tooth for a tooth. An eye for an eye.
I do not agree with that law, kasi if someone steals and his hands are cut off, how can that person work. But I am not the law giver there, so better me be quiet.
Going back to that story, I feel, the person that didnt bet the money deserved to be beaten up, not to kill him. Then he must pay the total money won. If he cannot, then its his heart's cheese, he will be put to jail, until he was able to.
But then again, we didnt know whats the reason, the person died already!!!
Meanwhile, due to crime of passion(anger) the three (alledged) murderers recieved 1000 beatings every friday from the prison guard.For eight years!!!
Dont know if tama itong tsika.
If its like that, I better die .Agad agad!

if you are not meant to win, you will not win. come to think of it, if they can kill a person even when they're not wealthy, what more if they have the money? money is not evil but it can be evil if we see and use it selfishly.
i know what you mean, Evi, small amounts like yan, yung iba nga, milyones pa bayad sa isang ulo, just to kill.
But the thing is, our kababayan in Saudi do not earn much, and they put their hopes on the bet they put, hoping they would win big.

Kano ba dapat mapanalunan nila?

re: the lotto and the 4 Pinoys, sana binugbog nalang sobra naman yung pinatay. I haven't heard that yet in the news, maybe soon. The money isn't really worth ruining their lives.

haaaay, bait kasi hindi tinaya, kung hindi may balato pa sya. tingnan mo ngayon dead na, yes we do not really understand their laws, they have theirs, we have ours. so what OFWs can do is abide by the rules of the host country so as not to get into trouble.
i think getting a weekly beating for 8yrs is worse than being dead. at least kung patay ka na, wala ka ng nararamdaman.
