Dream vacation

Sunday, October 29, 2006
Nov 2 Thursday i will be back to work.
Meaning got still 4 days free. Sarap.
But then where? I decided to stop travelling, a promised (not)to keep, hehe.
I still have that dream vacation in Japan.
Mahal nga lang don, super.

Why Japan ba?

I saw in travel guides , Japanese have lifestyles that are quite different and interesting. They way they live, their culture , way of thinking and technology.
But, I will never eat weird menus they serve over there in some resto.
Never.Sushis are acceptable.

What excites my thoughts when in Japan are:(taken from frommers guides)

"As you walk its narrow streets and along its tiny canals, you'll be struck by images of yesterday: An old woman in kimono bent over her "garden," a couple of gnarled bonsai beside her front door.
An open-fronted shop where a man makes tatami, the musty smell of the rice mats reminiscent of Earth itself.
A geisha shuffling to her evening appointment in Gion, where the sounds of laughter and traditional Japanese music waft past shoji screens and down the narrow alleyways.
Couples enjoying a warm summer evening on the banks of the Kamo River...
Me in gheisa attire, walking with other gheisas in Kyoto". Kyut no?

And the highlights of the dream trip?

Lolo in sumo attire fighting with the Sumo wrestlers ,live.I'll capture every moment.
Mas cute.

You got time?

Thursday, October 26, 2006
We all have our own options in life.We got time to some things and not to other things. Eden
sent me this email, i find it a very heart-and-mind inspiring(tama ba to?):

No time to speak of Christ and God to friends,
They'd laugh at me I'd fear.
No time, no time, too much to do,
That was my constant cry.

But at last the time, the time to die
I went before God,
I came, and I stood with downcast eyes.

For in his hands, God held a book;
It was the book of life.
God looked into his book and said
"Your name I cannot find"
I once was going to write it down...
But never found the "time" .

Ganda ano? Thanks ,Eden its a right food at the right time.
More "food" in my updated the other side of francesca"

Bon Weekend!

WAAAh!

I am a little bit bored at home. I go out from time to time, but I still missed my work. Today, my replacemnt at work called me. The Boss wanted to know how I am. So I told them the "sad" news that:

Yesterday, I went to see the doctor and complained to him, why I still have the pain despite I took pain relievers.
H e told me and Michel the sad truth!

During the operation, he noticed that my saliva gland on the left was sooo infected. The stone is huge, blocking my saliva, which causes the infection.Et oui, if the saliva cannot go out, it goes septic inside our glands.

Two weeks ago, he read the scan and he said, he will get rid of the stone. When he open the gland, the stone was sitting next to a nerve. If he cut the saliva tunnel, to get rid of my stone, he would touch my nerve, i will be having a paralized left cheek for the rest of my life. Mama mia!

For almost two hours, in the operation table, he did what he decides, best. He cut the saliva gland, put it in the bin , close the canal, and leave the stone. So i still have that stone! ! !

He hoped that after a month the stone sitting nicely do not make any damage or any irritation. Otherwise, he would really have to open the stone,(meaning I will be hospitalized again!) touching the nerve, and voila,it will result to: I cannot move my left cheek anymore...

Sad...That makes me bored... Its now 5:30pm im still in bed...

health insurance and taxes, who pay what?

Tuesday, October 24, 2006
We are facing to pay those hospital bills. Michel went to SSS France . The lady told him to bring our official income tax certificate 2005. This paper will show our income for the year, and voila she decided, base on documents, we do not pay our bills .She told Michel to send them ALL hospital bills and medicines reciepts to be reimbursed.Michels' carte vital arrived at home also today. The card means we are covered 100% to our health insurances.Sometimes its nice to be looked upon as "poor", hehe. Libre!

Last week we recieved a letter from Monaco SSS , the "Allocation Exceptionnel aux Retraites".This is a dossier Michel and I will furnish and sent it back to them. The letter said: because we dont have enough money to keep a "minimum standard of living "in Nice/Monaco, they will send us some money monthly.Bah, even 500€/month is still money.

Then, Month of October is month of taking care of tax bills. There's tax habitation,(to pay govt about streetlights, or garbage, this tax is imposed to all residents living in the area )
tax fonciers (property taxincludes parking lot)
and Television tax!
Pc tax soon to come, grrr!
all accounted from Jan 1 to Dec 31 of the year.
Michel had been paying monthly all taxes through his bank. He is now retired since July 2006. Trésor Public (tax office)have exoneration (exemptions)laws on retirees.Hope he will get some refunds, hehe

So where's the money talk there?

I just realize, that as im working half day only, I had to put a frein(stop) on spending to my caprice --> travels. My kids will be here soon. They will need coats, boots, gants, scarves for winter. Then they will be having their own celphones, bus/train tickets to go to school, expenses on food, allowances, etc etc. France govt will give allocation familial for them, but I cannot count on it much.
It means, I got to find another work to keep on ... to get by.Payag kaya Madame ko???

Money Talk Part : interests earned on bank deposits

Saturday, October 21, 2006
I m still staying at home, as my neck cut is still fresh. Its itchy outside but fresh inside, as the surgeon took away my left saliva gland. Sometimes I forgot, I slept on my right side, euhhhh! it hurts! I work (clean, vaccum, mop ) the house, and its worse!
Michel screamed at me : WHY CANT YOU JUST LIE IN THE BED AND DO NOTHING !!!
My Boss called at 9pm. The replacement I gave them is good but do not smile. Nobayan?! They like someone happy daw??? So I gave them another. If they still do not like the second one, I cant do much. They will clean their flat themselves or wait for me on Nov 2. I would like to suggest: "Why dont YOU ALL go to holidays!!!" Bring Chico the cat! Achtung! LOL!

Here is the money topic for the blog today;
If you put money in the bank, it gets 2% yearly interests. Then you will pay taxes of 20% out of your 2% interests, so in the long run, you earned only 1.6% a year.
In your ten thousand pesos, its only 160 pesos a year ! Mama mia!

IF you buy your groceries, gasoline, electric bills, you pay 19.6% value added tax.You buy new tv, new ref, new shoes, and imported goods, the more. (in France, theres always the 19.6% tax). Thats besides salary taxes imposed!
Some prefer to buy stuffs in the market, no taxes imposed. That is if you know how to bargain and if you spot a seller who is honest of the price. But of course, you cannot buy a bottle of gasoline (like in Philippines) just to avoid paying VAT, isnt it? Therefore,if you spend wisely, that's "Purchasing Power".

If we invest in T bills or Bank Certificates Deposits, its is 4.5% interests per year. Less the 20% witholding tax of our 4.5% earnings, we end up having 3.6%. Not bad, at least it is positive.

But many poor filipinos cannot afford to buy Treasury bills. So they end up to savings account of 2%per annum only. The Phil govt already lowered the minimum required investments on T Bills but not many invest on that. You may ask your bank in Phils how much is the Tbills and minimum required if you can afford , go for it.

If you know how to be a doctor to your finances, you will be HEALTHY financially. If you dont know and buy buy buy, then eventually your cash flow will crash you down financially, you will end up having loans at 12% a year to survive.
Talo na naman...
Here's a true story:
Our kababayan in France, have 5000€ savings(Year 2000) and the pesos rate was 38 pesos/€, then went up to 43pesos in 6months. She withdrew the 5000€ savings, sent it to Philippines , converted it at 43pesos rate and put it in time deposits for four years at 4.5% interest a year.
After four years, the Euro went to 65 pesos.Did she made a wise move ? Get your calculator to see how much she lost!

There's a part three to this topic. If you missed the part 1 just click
.
Reminds you pala girls, that,I am no expert, I just learned all from Michel and would happy to share these. He have files he kept on how to be wise on small cash(from salary).

Small World?

Thursday, October 19, 2006
Before my hospitalisation, I sent three biodatas to some ads I found in French newspaper, looking for employees for the villa/apartments in Monaco. I sent three. One called, she wanted a full time worker, nourriture et logement (stay in with food and a studio.) I refused. I have work in the afternoon, I need a work to do only for the morning and what do I do with Michel if I dont go home? Another called , she said,to take care of an old lady. I said, "sorry, I found a work already, even wala pa.I never take care of old ladies as work, big responsibilities.
The third ads experience was funny.

The ads said :Looking for experienced house employees, Butlers, gardeners, experience, serious, with references. Applicants must send cvs (biodatas) to the newspaper agency and put the reference number of the ads outside the envelope. So I did, sent it via post office with reference number outside the envelope.

And next day,I saw my letter with the others, sitting nicely on the table of my Boss' secretary! ! ! Ngeehhh,I forgot , that if a villa/ apartment in Monaco is sold by the office, they hire someone for the new owner to look after the properties! Buking ako, still looking for new employer, despite, lol! They put ads, and I answered! Waaahh! What do I do? I wish the letter to go away!!!Tsuuh ! tsuuhh! #^%*!#!

Next:
Remember Cel, the one that went with me to Philippines last August. I have a bit of resentment towards her, slight lang, when she promised to visit me in the hospital last August 30 but she called to visit me, I was at home already and not in the hospital.I was boiling thinking:
."She wanted to visit me at her convenience??? Now I am at home, she wanted to come to the hospital, what is it ????!!!"I felt neglected badly, so consoled my self until ( may "i-taga-sa-bato" pa ako haha )not to bother her anymore! Parang bata ano?!! Sensya na girls, down moments ko ata yong four days noon sa hospital! haha!

One day,I saw her walking her employer's dog , I changed route not to bump or see her. I have to round up the block to get to my employer's house! Late tuloy me sa work !

Second time,I saw her inside the Asia Store digging some frozen Tilapia fish in the freezer, I turned my way and go home ,instead of coming into the shop. No ginataang tilapia tuloy for our dinner that night!Grrr! Pride..!shhh! Haha!

Third,I saw her waiting at the bus stop, I continued my trip until the next bus stop,(not my destination ) just not to EyeBall her. See how I suffered, girls? Hide, turned away, avoid, that's what I did! Haha! Kakabuang, but its true! I blame it to the antibiotics the doctors prescribed, not my pride! hehe!Or sige na nga , menopausal na but shhhh!

Friday, I was waiting in the bus stop. The bus arrived. I went for the bus to get in, there she was, going down the bus towards me ! Multooo!
What to do? I said: "Hi, musta!" And ang hitad, parang wala lang, she even kissed me french cheek to cheek! Makaiwas ka pa???!

Lessons learned: Tago tago pa kasi! Better deal the (good/bad) days as it comes. Charge it to "c'est la vie!"(thats life!)Maybe its not that bad after all!

Back home!

Wednesday, October 18, 2006
Girls, musta to all of you. I was in the hospital for three days, no laptop as they drugged me on day two for almost 24 hours just to have operation done nicely. So I was back now at home with huge bills to face with, huhuhu!

Anwyway, I made sure of it, we will not be taking ANY loans, hehe. Michel had been with SSS France and the SSS Office study our "living condition", and seems we dont pay anything.Monaco SSS even sent us a letter that we will be receiving extra allowances from them because we do not reach the "minimum standard living" so they say.Money for us, yehey! Hopefully.
First day, I arrived 8am at the hospital and was installed to a room with another patient that almost vomitted all her intestines! I went out and asked to be transfered! I cant stand the noise, the crying, the uhu uhu uhu of that lady! Oy, Madame ako ha, yoko ng may TB sa tabi ko! No Siya!
I was back to my old room, nice comfortable and alone. At 2pm the ward man called my name, told me to take off any jewelries, pajama, socks, dentures, no make up only the hospital gown! Hmmp, ka arte! Off we went, the ward man pushed me with my bed,( sarap hehe !)to the operating room!
Inside the operating room, six of them were busy preparing to "slaughter" me while I lie on my bed. Then I transfered from my bed to a table, one started to inject dextrose, said he is the anesthesist, then another face asking me to open my mouth, another one put warm air under my hospital gown, put plastic cap in my head and socks to my cold feet and around six of them surrounding me! Mama mia,I started to panicked, I am just having a stone taken off my neck noh!
That was it...Dozzed off...
Next I was waken up by a nurse , asking me: çava? c'est fini! All I wanted is to go back to sleep, but she is insistent, grrr.I asked her what time is it, she said 7pm and they are bringing me back to my room.
Wow, I was almost "dead for five hours", and it seems "dying does not hurts much after all! Hehe! Girls, wag matakot, biro lang hehe!

In my room, Michel was there waiting and was happy to see me.Poor thing,he was so worried why it took looong my operation when it is just a stone to be ticked off from my neck ! Anyway he was glad, Im okey and the PROOF is ,I asked for a mirror.
Mirror please!
Back home on 3rd day,15 days sickleave until Nov 2 . I called my Madame about my "no work 15days" she seems not happy about it.Paki ko, I look after myself no!
I thank all who keeps visiting my blog, and well wishes me to get well soon. Dont worry, you Lola is "more worried to see the bills (which Michel kept on hiding from me) ", not about the operation, hehe.
I got a LIFETIME trademark now under my left neck: Five inches cut! PANGEET na ako!

Five Six and Loans

Friday, October 13, 2006
Money talk is the topic of my blog today. If someone gambles and lose in first game, they automatically double the bet on second game hoping the first bet is "bawi" asap.
But what if not? Usually the gambler do not stop, keep on betting (and losing)until he is drained of cash. Some people do that with loans. They pay all loans by having a new loan. Thats looking for double interests imposed!

My ex is an ex Mercury Drug Employee. The company give loans to all employees. The more loans you make the more the company is getting profits from the employees because of 12% yearly interests of the loan, and it is salary deduct automatic!!! There are educational loans, salary loans, housing loans, emergency loans, etc etc, all finance by Mercury Fund. It says (which I believed that time) that his company is taking care of its employees in dire needs. But is it so? 12% interest a year out of your wage pocket, mama mia!Thats a lot! It was a trap!

If you want to GET RICH EASILY invest in a business like that, or better buy a share of companies giving loans...Thats how SSS loans, GSIS loans, banks ,loan institutions ,etc ect make their profits.Put a 300,000 pesos in them and in four years, your money grows like bacteria.LOL !How They profit ? Example:
"If a company/bank loan you 100 pesos, on January 1 and charging you 10% interests a year, that means on Dec 31 of that year, you must pay the company of 110 pesos.Thats 100php x10% interest, plus the return of the principal loan of 100php.

But suppose the company/bank would say, why dont you pay the interest in advance so you dont need to worry about it later? That means, instead of 100php loan, they deduct 10php and gave you 90 php only.So you recieved 90php and pay 100php on Dec 31.Is that bad?
For us, yes, because that means we are paying 10% interests and we get only 90php that we borrowed, not 100php!
It is bad because in a way, we are paying 11.1% instead of 10% only.

There's more. The company/bank will say: You know, you must pay investigation and processing fees of 10% before your loan will be approved. So they will deduct it to your loan, you end up recieving only 80php! And you pay them back end of the year the amount of 100php! Thats 20% interests not 10% stipulated in your contract, hehe!

There's more. The company/bank would offer you: Why dont you pay 25php every quarter so that you dont need to worry a big sum on December31? Many agreed of these! If you notice, these scheme, that by June 30,you already pay half of the loan.So by that time, you almost double the interest rate, which is almost 100% by this point!"
Mama mia!

It happened to us when we decided to buy a condo at Ayala Corp, for two years to pay at zero interest. We were baited of smiling agents, huge discounts so we reserved the unit and signed papers, get our copy on what to pay. When the agent went inside the cashier to settle the computations, the Cashier said, its not possible that we have ALL discounts. They gave us another computation and the price went up to 200thousand pesos more. So discounts are gone, just a few minutes after we signed the contracts. Michel was so annoyed. And on top, we have to sign that we will loan the 1.2 million pesos to a Dutch bank with 12% interest a year. EH???!!!What a joke! They didnt tell you that before.
We call it off! Immediately.Bye bye Condo, we went back to France.

WE LOST 20thousand pesos reservation fees,(because they dont want to give it back) but, we didnt lose our half a million pesos as required down payment . Imagine, we pay half a million as down payment, the rest is for loans at 12% a year in two years and they said to you, its zero interests for 2 yearS and the property is still "at map" not yet constructed as it is preselling! Meaning, they get your money and invest it to build your unit and on top you loan to a bank at 12% ! Okey lang sila? If we want to have loans we can get it in French bank at 3.9% a year, not 12% !
If it is like that, I might as well wait to those who cannot keep up the mortgage and the owner sell it half the price! Or put cash in the bank, get interests and when ready, buy one that is desperately sold by the owner...

My tips: To have housing or personal loans, even you may able to pay for it, make sure, you are not heavily clobbered of huge interests. Some took loans at 24% a year. What if it is 10 or 20 years to pay? The time you finished the 4th year payments, you bought the property or pay your loans in almost a double price. Just in four years, its 100% up!

There's a part two to this topic. To be continued.

Hospital with my book

Wednesday, October 11, 2006
I was scheduled to be operated on my saliva glands on Monday Oct 16 in Monaco Hospital. Confirmed na. The doctor gave us all necessary papers to process our checking in on that day. You know how much per day stay in this hospital?
671.05 euros , so my three days stay there cost us: 2,013€ includes all services.

Kadako! (huge mama mia !)

Michel and I went to fourth floor for registration of all documents , the lady gave us a list of questionaires. Are you having heart problems, allergy on medicines, had full anaesthesia before, had been hospitalized before and : are you willing to take blood if necessary?...Michel and I answered in duet: NO!
Are you a Witness of Jehovah?
YES! Michel and I answered again in chorus. The doctor noted on the questionaire "Temoins de Jehovah" in red ballpen.
(Doctors know us, hehe.6million++ baptized ba naman kami(worldwide) not taking blood transfusion, bah, its a reputation already to all hospitals.
And there are witnesses also that are doctors and surgeons, just proud to say so here, hehe)

The doctor said: "its not a problem, your wife will not need blood transfusion in this operation."
Michel thanked her politely.

From 4th floor of the hospital, we went to 1st floor for my taking blood sample to examen before operation. Noticed it girls, kadami ek ek before the Big Day!Mama mia!
The nurse asked me if I ate something this morning. I said: "a lot!" She said, then come back tomorrow to have your blood sample and dont eat/drink anything even water start midnight until your appointment next day for blood sample.
We went up to check the time of operation on Monday. The secretary said: 7:30 am Monday. And its noted in the papers, I have to use BETADINE as a scrub before going to hospital! EEEHHEEKKK! Betadine! ! !???? Ano amoy ko non grrr!????

When I arrived at home, a package was given by our next door neighbor.
A book from Shirley
in California

Quelle surprise! Jealous Lolo, baket me regalo ako! Him, nothing!

"Never Leave Me"
is a story of a An American Pharmocologist who was betrayed by his filipina wife and he killed her!!!May kita kaya ako sa Amazon ads na ito, hehe?
Hmmm, Michel read the caption of the book and declared: "Well we know the story already. The adulterous wife deserved to die! " Lolo is always a clown, lol!
I read the book (first pages read, nasa chapter 5 na ako,and doesnt want to stop! Its an intriguing book!

Thanks Shirley, I didnt expect a nice gesture from you. Girls, she ordered the book via Amazon website and Amazon sent the book to me in France!Timing for my two nights stay in hospital! Yeheeyy!
Isnt it funny, It seems I'm the only one happy/excited to be "operated"!lol

Movies

Sunday, October 08, 2006
My friend lent me The MMK(Maalaala Mo Kaya)Dvd. The film is about Vilma Santos and Ricky Davao's daughter with celebral palsy. I cried while watching the film.Tigmak luha ko, waah!

Michel saw me crying, and said: "Stop watching that ! !Films are supposed to be enjoyable, not thaaatt!"
Hard headed me, I continued until I got a head ache...

I thought the film was light drama! But no, cant help crying, with (sinok and singha ng ilong, grabeh!)

After the first film, I put "Magkapatid" of Sharon Cuneta and Judy Ann Santos with Christopher de Leon. My tears started flowing again, this time I need a towel to dry my tears, haha.
Michel said," I dont know whats the film talking about, I better go to bed! If you want to suffer, I could have beat you instead!!

I didnt bother,Paki ko, basta feel ko makikiiyak! Venting baga...

Why ba I cried?

I know, the whole team are laughing after each taping, but, its nice feeling ->" to cry with Sharon eh... haha, And Vilma! LOL"
Although Sharon was over acting in the film because, in foriegn films if a loved one died, they dont roll on the ground crying..but she did, and I cried with her, grr!
In French films, just a tissue paper dabbed at the side of the eyes, thats sad scene already ! Ala dignified mourning !
In Philippine films, if they dont cry stumping and rolling in the ground, its not dead yet, its about-to, meaning dying stage only, but not yet... Or some would bawl,(atungal) while embracing the coffin.Quelle dramatics, hehe.

After the two films,(to balance my equilibrium), I watched the Dolphy film "Home Along the Reber. This time, sacks of laughter, hehehe! I was calmed and felt good!
Uy, it shows your Lola is open to any film, hehe
I discussed it with Marichu and she said watch " ANAK"! This one will really make you cry (a river) I told her, no thank you, If Michel learned about it, he might make an offer again (of beating me)...and this time he will, hehe

Now I go to Yahoo MOvies, trailers

Its now showing here in French cinemas. Hopefully I find an English Version, seems the film is OK...Who watched it? Share.

Weather : Raining?

Wednesday, October 04, 2006
South of France has been blessed with good weather in compare with other areas of France.
Nice
and
Monaco
have 300 days sunshine in a year. If its raining here, the people are not used to it, it would be a topic of the day in coffee shops, lotto PMU, morning breakfast even at telephone conversations. The last snow experience was 20 years ago. Last year we have snow but only one day and its gone. Umbrellas snow tires chains here are not that often used. Apartments /Villas have nice cushioned sofas in the terrase. Its like a paradise here. Theres sun, fun and ! Tax free (in Monaco)!

The Meteo (weather) news at French tv said, it will be dark and few showers in Nice and Monaco tomorrow. Before I left my work , I put all the cushions inside to avoid them getting wet.
Next day, it was sunny and no sign of raining, at 25° heat !I was annoyed! I regretted the work in putting inside all the cushions! ! !
When I arrived at work,Madame was all smiling and told me: " Hehe, where is the rain??!!"
Kayo man, putting confidence with the news in tv, then they let you down!
Do you trust the weather reports these days.I dont, after today! Its like women .Men has to guess whats next! Women and weather are alike, unpredictable!
Haha!

My employer's terrase :Welcome!

I dont know what to say, when Madame asked me where's the rain. I would like to produce one to prove I was right, but cannot, instead I said:

Madame, my "false prophet" misleads me again... Hi hi hi!

Parking Story

Monday, October 02, 2006
Saturday evening, we arrive home and we find someone's car in our parking lot.Annoying, grrrr!
We hooted for five minutes, no one wants to bother.Michel blocked our car to the "aliens" car. If he wanted to get out, he cannot, hehe.
We went inside our flat, have dinner, watched tv until midnight then went to bed, still no one hooted to get out of our parking lot.
Sunday, morning the alien's car was still there. At 9 am,Michel went to visit some friends .He was picked up by a friend's car, so he didnt took our car. Our car is still there, horizontally blocking the alien's car.
At 11 am the Alien "resurrected" himself. He hooted, hooted, hooted, to get out of the parking lot,no one answered. I didnt bother. How can I, I dont have the key because Michel took it when he picked some books in the car ang went straight to his destination.I called Michel via his mobile phone, he said: "well, I will be home at midday,I m still here, far, tell the "alien" to wait two hours! ! !"

The alien went to our building, rang our doorbell.(See, they know its our parking lot! they knew where we live! !!) I didnt answer. I stopped the tv, the washing machine and my cellphone to avoid any noise.

The alien went back to his car, looked around it , estimate if he can exit our parking. His gf came around,he explained : "I didnt know this is private. Now we cannot leave..."
They went back to their flat.

At 12 noon, there's another car owner hooted! I peeped in the window, its the next car park owner on our right wanted to go out!!! As Michel's car a Renault Clio is small, still it blocked the nearby parking.
Hoooot! Hooot! Hoooot! both cars were hooting!

The parking owner went up to ring our door. I still didnt answer. Instead I called Michel. He said, "tell them I am coming now." The lady neighbor shouted to the other: Nya pas person!"(No one in the house!)"Me, donot move in the window peeped on more, hehe.

What they did?

Our car was still quiet like a turtle. They were ongoing to maneuver the car to go out to the left. Meanwhile I saw Michel walking nearby, not bother at all to hurry.

When Michel clicked the keys, the car made a noise the neighbors stopped the maneuver. One get out of his car, ready for a fight to Michel. I was in the window ready for my camera, hehe.I even called : Hey, Smile..! Click! They didnt noticed me, they are concentrating to have a go at Michel!

The man said to Michel : its not right! what if there's an emergency, what it there's a fire, we canot get out of our parking????!!! You are a racist, you just impose your car into someone's parking yada yada yada! ! !
Michel said: "Vous m'excuse, vous avez raison (Excuse me,(sorry about that) you are right)"
The neighbor continue to blah blah blah, while the alien (trespasser)just looked on.
Michel entered our car and moved it out and the Alien's car went out next.
The neighbor went out also but still continue to blah blah blah. Michel didnt answer him.
Next day, today, Michel put a big sign : Prive in our parking lot.
One of our neighbor said: Woooow, too huge, thats good. No one can say : "we-didnt- -know-this-is-private... as some used to say...

Our neighbor (one who did the blah blah blah yesterday) came around and said to Michel: "This is your parking? I thought its the mans' parking lot as he told us its his!"
Michel said: "I would like to tell you , its my parking, yesterday but you didnt allow me.
The neighbor said: Ohlaaah!"The man yesterday told me it is HIS parking! Thats why I told you off! "
Michel said: I am the owner, this is my parking, the car that was here last night was the one annoying me, so I put my car to his way out.I can prove you with papers if you want?
The man apologized.Michel continued the painting.
Another neighbor came around with her dog. She commented to Michel: "Oh you know, that neighbor knows its your parking lot. He just make some stories to you that he doesnt know but he did knew its your parking! Isnt it funny?"
