About French Immigration Laws:
In the news, (French TV)TF1, a family of four from Columbia migrate here 5 years ago, the children are in college, free tuition, the father and mother works, undeclared, but they are paying tax d'habitation (resident tax) They reason, they are perfectly integrated but no papers. They will be deported end of June 2006 back to Columbia. They circulate signatures asking to support their petition to the immigration to have legal papers to stay. They were asked if they will be going home in Columbia in June, they said, no, we will stay here even as illegal immigrants.
I can understand them, whats life in Columbia for them, anyway?
Two days ago, I heard in the news that those residents of France having ten years residency, cannot renew their "titre de sejour" unless they know the french language.Michel confirmed to me the news,as he heard it also while driving his van.
Delikado Lola nyo, this August 2006, renewal na naman ng papel koh!
Hope this new law will effect later after ma master ko na french language koh!
In Paris daw, hindi na nag rerenew if a filipino with resident card do not speak french. Here in Beausoliel, near Monaco, some of our kababayans took french lessons in university ASAP!
Olaaaah!
Even those who just got three months temporary residents to stay in France, can ONLY have the temporary card be renewed if they speak the language!
Mama mia!Is this true?
