First of May flowers

The boquet of flowers from Madame. Now in our flower vase at home. Expensive, Cost them 150euros (10,000 pesos)Bili ng bili, tapos iiwanan lang sa bahay, then pamimigay! Sana pinera na lang sa akin, hihihi

In France if it is First of May, in some shops, they give flowers to customers. Or they offer it in the restaurant if you come in.To the ladies.
In France, they dont celebrate much holidays for the Saints.

Even St Bridget Bardot's Day man lang sana.
Pero wala, huhuhuh!

They celebrate Feast of the Roses, Carnations, Mimosas, Orchids, Lemons, Olives, what ever nature has provided.
Not like in Monaco.
Tomorrow, May 2 is still holiday, because May 1 is on Sunday, and the law in Monaco that if the holiday is on a Sunday, it is extended until Monday. Sarap!

In Monaco, this May has three religious holidays coming.
Feast Pentecote(May 16), Asunscion( May 5,) Feast of God(May 26)

There are holidays in France that Monaco do not.
Kagulo!

Madame's letter

April 30,2005

My afternoon employer when I arrived at thier house, (they left for Germany), and back in three days.
She wrote (in our daily correspondence notebook) this:

"Please empty the fridge and take home what is left for you to eat. If they are spoiled, put it in the bin.Take all the fruits too and also the flowers in the salon, bring it home, if you like.
See you on Tuesday" ).Have a nice weekend!

Hmmn, nice.

I called Michel.

Me: Are you still at work?
Him: No, I am now in the highway, going home.
Me: I can leave the work now, if you can fetch me please.
Him: Okey.

Then I wen to the fridge, select what to take. Hmmnn, ham, not bad, white cheese, spaghetti, grilled chicken,(sabay pilas, tikim, not bad, then took all the strawberies.

I saw Labeyrie fois gras (it is duck fat, very delicious to spread in bread.)
Should I take it? (Think think think...)
I look in the expiry, hmmn, June 2005.
No , she will look for this one.
Foie gras pa!
I left it.
Mind you, she told me to take what I want, so I went back to fridge, take the foie gras!LOL
Isip alanganin pa, eh, foie gras na yan! Labeyrie brand pa! Kung hanapin, sabihin ko, spoiled na kasi open ang balot, hehehe!

I went to the fruit bowl, apples, bananas, kiwi, oranges.
Hah, I took all.
Even lemons, take take!
All expired on Tuesday. Of course!
Even not so, still in my shopping bag, hehe

I must have beat a holdaper of the bank! LOL
Just imagine the scene.

Then I spot the flowers she told me to bring home also.
I clean the vase, and put the flowers in a bag, put it with the other loot, and voila, michel called me he is down waiting.
Goodie, Right timing, just in the middle of looting the whole kitchen, what else!
on the quick, grab my bag, say bye bye to the rabbit, and off I go.
Back Monday to clean all rooms.

Picture of flowers is in the next post.Super beauty!
I dont know how to post pictures yet in a post, so please bear with me the blog of your lola ha?

Sometimes being a maid has some compensation besides the salary.

It maybe food, flowers (and good ones, ow!) clothes, jackets, shoes.
Sometimes bread toaster or iron that they dont want anymore.
Sometimes all brand new sets of panties and bra (Aubade brand)
because she change to Wolford brand!

Problemif it fits!

Size 36 lola nyo,Cup A meaning flat.(opps!)
She offers , 40 and cup C, (ala lola ferari!)
Michel said: I can take that, good for a bonnet!
Ngiiih!

Yesterday, naka jackpot ang lola nyo.
Prada boots!(Biege color, nubuck material)
I paid it for ... FREE! Yehey! Bigay ng Madame.
Will wear it to London, if applicable to weather sa May.

Girls,I would like to excuse my self, due to boasting time of your lola again ;Opps!

My ex and his fate

Friday, April 29, 2005
I got news from my daughter that their father was out of work!
He was terminated.
He works 23 years, to be retired in two years time.
He blew his good opportunity to millions of cash for his retirement.
At least!
He works in Mercury Drug.
What a pity.

The reason is a bit sensitive.
I cant post it here.
Let say he was dishonest.

My daughter visited him yesterday.
He lives one hour ride from our house in Antipolo.
But he never visited my kids.
The mistress (he didnt marry her after the annulment) has one child from him, nearly two years now.
I didnt like her visiting his father.
I feel insulted.
But she had done it, she is 21 years old.

I dont fell sorry for his fate.
He deserves what he deserves.
I dont find it as Karma.
I believe on consequences on what one does in his life.

I'm more feeling sorry for his illegitimate2 kids.
One is Three years old from Ist mistress.
One is nearly two years old from 2nd mistress.
As usual, poor babies.
They cant choose their parents.
They have to accept on who/what they are.

Hopefully he will find work. For the babies. Not for my children from him.

It is good feeling, when justice is done, not only because I asked for it.Since 2000.
It is good feeling, that I didnt do it (his falldown) in my own hands.
I still believe, there is justice in this world.

My children visiting him, it boils me.
He didnt even give his children even a piece of cake, when they have Birthdays.
Now they visited him!
Then I recoil.
I was thinking, children didnt felt the hurt I had for them when he left us.
They were minors when he left the house and lived with Mistress 1 and 2.

Children, I think they will usually understand us parents, when they grow up.
When it is their turn to be parents, esp a mother.

Oy, dont cry for me, mga girls.
Im alright.
I just want to share the feeling.

Avis de reception from Post office

Thursday, April 28, 2005

Two avis de reception letters from Poste Ofiice.

Today I got this two notices of letters in our mailbox in the hall of the building. I dont know what letters are they.
I know that if that is sent to you, with an avis attached to it, it must be a legal document. Normally I dont get worried about that.
I didnt kill anybody.
I dont owe anybody money.
I didnt commit a crime to have summons from the court.

Those notices are signs of something very important that I should sign as acknowledge that I recieved it personally. As the postman didnt see me today (I was at work), he left that half pages of the registered letter notices for me to claim in the post office.

Personally.
Bring Identity Card.

Hmmmn. Ano kaya ito. Sana good news. Kung bad news, alam ko na yan.Yong banko, may subpoena na lola nyo.

Kaso: Overspending.

Buti ako nag bukas ng mailbox. Mas una ako dating ng bahay kay Michel. Patayin na ako niyan pag malaman na bank letter yan. Girls, sana wala ako latay bukas after I get the letters in post office and tell Michel the problem. Huhuhuhu!

Abangan.

Pag boss, teka, preno ako dyan.

But...............

Si Butler and nag reklamo kay Sir.
Last year daw 30 days holidays siya, bakit ngayon bawas?

Tanong si Sir: Are you sure?
Oo raw sagot ni Butler.

Dampot ng telephone si Sir, para tawagan ang accountant niya.
Usap sila in Italian.
Pero naintindihan namin ni Butler.
Andoon kaming dalawa sa kusina, pero and antena namin abot hanggang sala, where Sir is discussing with his accountant.

After baba ng telephone, sabi ni Sir sa amin, may error daw. Akala raw ng accountant, this month kami mag holiday. Sabi ni Sir, no, this summer, august!

Ngani ngani kong sabihin: Sir, sack your accountant, he is no good!LOL

Hintayin daw ang fax uli .
Before 1pm today, dumating ang fax.
Ngihhh!

Me: 17 days
Butler: 30 days

Eh, booked na lahat ang flights ko ha, bayad na pati!

Butler consoled me:

You can pay other days of holidays this May in Monaco.
After all huh, he gave 21 days, you book 21 days, you go holidays 21 days.

Minsan, I love Butler.(grin)
Bukas labahan ko na ang pantalon niya.

Dryer ko pa .
Solo, walang halong basahan.

Okey siya sa emotional support.

What made you create your blog?

Monday, April 25, 2005
Wala lang, I think, because some of my friends in the net have nice blog about their country where they live now, so I am fascinated by it, and voila, why have not mine also.

Some of course would blow the top of their head in their blog.(Owners' rights.)
Me, for example.
If I am in Phils, whats interesting there to put in my blog?
Not many knows about France, Nice, Monaco.
So I post pictures and stories about the area.

Then I want to share my "good " life as a wife of a frenchman.
If he is a filipino, I wouldnt mind to post also, after all, husbands are part of wives' life.
Blog is a diary.
Of course, the diary can be depressing, funny, or boring, or boasting.
Especially on boasting.

What can be put in blog besides those?
Now tell me.

As one says, sige, pahabaan na lang ng ihi! (go on,let's have our urine go higher/longer)
Sagot ng isa, basta ba totoo, paki!(one answered: as long as its true, so?)

Ha ha ha!

Mag comments naman kayo noh!
Basa ng basa, katamad mag post comment, nobayan?!
See you girls/gals, midnight na pala!

News and train stike again, waaahh

Rail passengers are facing more chaos tomorrow,April 26, 2005 with another strike.
Unions have ordered a 24-hour halt to all train services across France.
Trains will begin winding down from eight o'clock tonight, and will not return to normal until Wednesday morning.
The industrial action has been called by the C-G-T union over proposed job losses.

FORMULA ONE – Renault's Fernando Alonso held off World Champion Michael Schumacher's Ferrari to win his third consecutive race at the San Marino Grand Prix.

Pentecoast holiday on May 16, is confusing if it is or not. The Prime Minister declared it as a working day, not a holiday, to give the salary for the day to old people, but people of France wont bother. They said they will not go to work. I find it a joke, really. It is declared national holiday, some had already made plans ahead, and voila, the Minister wanted to cancel it as a holiday.
Even children and teachers will not go to school.
I am not affected, because I am following Monaco holiday. So Lola Francesca is not working. Nyehehehe!

Today it is holiday in Italy. Traffic in Monaco at 6pm! I didnt expected it, Michel picked me up, and we are stucked.

Tomorrow, what will happen?Waaahh,no train? I let you know my sufferings tomorrow.

Gay Marriages around the Globe

Kuha ko sa internet search! For info to those who are interested, otherwise, go to my next topic, Butler and my work, hehehe!

Gay marriage around the globe

Gay marriage has become an important political issue in the USEurope has a long tradition of protecting gay rights, with Denmark being the first country to introduce registered partnerships for gay couples in 1989.

For a while in 2003 and 2004, key US court decisions suggested that same-sex marriage would soon be legal in some parts of North America.
But, it became a polarising issue during the 2004 elections and voters in many states passed amendments outlawing gay marriage.
BBC News looks at where same-sex unions have been given the go-ahead in recent years, and the often intense debates which have surrounded them.

EUROPE

In a number of countries in Europe, the status of "registered partnership" has been established. In 1989, Denmark became the first country to institute legislation granting registered same-sex partners the same rights as married couples. Church weddings are not allowed.
Norway, Sweden and Iceland all enacted similar legislation in 1996, and Finland followed suit six years later.

The Nertherlands became the first country to offer full civil marriage rights to gay couples in 2001.

And in Belgium, gay marriages have been allowed since 2003.

Germany has allowed same-sex couples to register for "life partnerships" since 2001. The law only gives couples the same inheritance and tenants' rights as heterosexual married couples.

In 2004, Spain's Socialist government launched a radical reform of family law. It approved a draft law that will legalise homosexual marriage and give gays and lesbians full status as parents, enabling them to adopt children. The Catholic Church called on Spanish Catholics to fight the legislation.
France was also embroiled in gay culture wars in 2004, after a maverick mayor defied government warnings that he would be breaking the law and conducted the country's first gay marriage. Justice Minister Dominique Perben declared the wedding invalid and an appeals court in Bordeaux ruled that "a difference of sex is a condition of marriage", thereby nullifying that marriage.

Since 1999, France has allowed a civil contract called the Pacs, which gives some rights to cohabiting couples, regardless of their sex. This form of legal partnership does not give the full rights of marriage, notable over taxes, inheritance and adoption.

In Britain, homosexuals and lesbians are to be given similar financial and legal rights to married couples, under legislation that in December cleared its final parliamentary hurdle in the House of Lords. The civil partnerships bill, which would come into effect next year, will offer same-sex couples in registered partnerships similar rights and responsibilities to married couples, in areas such as pensions, property, social security, housing, tenancies and employment.
In Ireland, Prime Minister said in 2004 that the country should give greater rights to homosexual couples but that any moves to legalise gay marriage were a long way off. He was responding to a legal challenge by a lesbian couple seeking equal rights to married couples under Irish law.
In Austria, Luxembourg, Greece and Italy, there is no legal recognition or rights for unmarried couples.

CANADA

Six Canadian provinces and one territory currently issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples: British Columbia, Manitoba, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Quebec, Saskatchewan and Yukon Territory. In December, the Supreme Court gave the federal government the go-ahead to legalise gay marriage, but stopped short of saying that this was required by the constitution.

NEW ZEALAND

In December, 2004, New Zealand's parliament passed controversial legislation to recognise civil unions between gay couples.

THE UNITED STATES

In November, 2004, voters in many states passed amendments to their state constitutions that defined marriage as being the union of a man and a woman. Congress, itself, has failed to pass such an amendment to the US constitution. Several states still have laws on their books banning sex between consenting adults of the same gender, even in the privacy of their own homes.

However, in a victory for gay rights advocates, the US Supreme Court ruled in 2003 that such a ban violates the US Constitution, and as such, is unenforceable under federal law.
President George W Bush has made clear that while he will support a constitutional amendment outlawing gay marriage, individual states will still be able to make their own arrangements on unions.
San Francisco started issuing marriage licences to same-sex couples in February, 2004, after the city's new mayor decided to defy state law and allow gay weddings. More than 3,400 gay couples got married but a halt was ordered by California's Supreme Court in March.

licenses to same-sex couples. It also ruled that the marriage licenses that had already been issued were void .
Massachusetts became the first state to issue marriage licences for gay couples in May, 2004. State legislators have proposed a constitutional amendment that would ban gay marriages, but would allow civil unions. If the proposal passes further legal hurdles, it will go to the voters in a referendum in autumn 2006.
Thousands of same-sex couples in the Portland area of Oregon legally married in the spring of 2004. Officials in Multnomah County began issuing marriage licenses to same-sex couples before an amendment to the Oregon Constitution banning same-sex marriage in the state was approved by voters on in November.

In 2000, under the governorship of former Democrat presidential candidate Howard Dean, Vermont became the first US state to offer homosexuals the right to join in civil unions. Under the legislation, same-sex partners are allowed to apply for a licence similar to a marriage certificate, giving them the same benefits as married couples on matters such as life insurance, health care and child custody.

Francesca commented: These are all because GAYS are voters. Any politician has to protect his own interests eh?More laws for the gays, more votes to prtect the position in the govt.

This will encourage more and more men to be gays. Or to get out of their closet. Genes ba ang problem? or the society itself? I go to put blame to the society where they associate with. Genes do not cause one tobe gay.It is the invironment that does it. Ones' genes is created by a Creator.
We cant put the gay genes to a God, He is not and never a Gay.

Updates

Tagal i post ng mga balita ko. Kasi busy Lola nyo. Hehehe. Hataw, malapit na ang holidays. Mahal pa naman sa London, ayon sa trip lately ni Mia, filipina in Greece. Kaya careful ang Lola nyo.
Or else, baka i divorce na ako ni Michel for the grounds of: "Judge, I just realised, she is getting expensive, I want a divorce."

LOL!

Tuloy tayo sa ...

Mga Tsika:

Si Italian driver, may tama sa Lola niyo. Every Friday, tuwang tuwa yan pag lalabas na from the house ako to get my Madame's shopping bags from her trip( Torino to Monaco.)
Last friday, hirit ni Italian driver sa akin, bigay ko raw sa kanya mobile phone number ko. Igala raw niya ako sa Italy, sa Villa ni Madame, laki laki raw, etc etc.

Takot ako!That was last week!

Today, hindi ako lumabas para kunin ang bags ni Madame. Sinabihan ko si Butler to get it.

Iwas agad Lola nyo!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Last Monday, nag silver cleaning ako, and crack, I broke the glass of the picture frame of Madame.Nerbyos ako! Tago ko agad!
Call ko si Michel if he can do something. Sabi niya, dalhin ko raw yong nabasag, at meron siyang glass cutter.
Problema, wala siya mahanap na very thin glass like the one I broke.
So I told him to buy a picture frame,in the shop for 3euros(buti na lang cheap lang), then the problem is solved.
Dumating si Madame today, ligtas ako sa sermon.
Sabi ni Butler, meron din daw siyang nabasag sa office, until now, hindi pa na discover nina Sir na nabasag niya.
Sabi ko for 20 euros, pwede. Hik hik hik.
Asar si Butler. talo na naman.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Asar ako to death, kung merong pigeons na nag drop ng Pohpoh sa terrase.
Ayaw ko linisin!
So hinayaan ko.
Yoko eh.
Tong mga pigeons na ito, istorbo! Sa Pinas one minute lang nasa kawali na ang mga yan.Dito, lifetime, andito sila, dalaw ng dalaw! Then mag iiwan ng miracles nila!Grrr!

Today, sigaw si Sir:
Yon daw dumi ng ibon," Quinze jours! quinze jours!C'est toujours la!"
(Fifteen days, fifteen days, still there!)

Imagine my scene, hu hu hu!

Kaya ko hindi nalinist, baka, iutos kay Butler, o di save na ako!
Kaya lang si Butler, okey siya, hindi rin niya lilinisin!Kunwari, hindi niya nakita!

Anyway, what a discussion eh? Tawang tawa si Michel sa expression ni Sir! Over exaggerated!

(Hmp!15 days daw, Three days pa lang eh!)

France gay marriage will be annuled

Thursday, April 21, 2005
The court of appeal in Bordeaux has annulled France's first gay marriage.
Announcing its ruling, the court declared the ceremony, which took place in June of last year, as a “ grande deception.”
The court ruled that under France's civil code, marriages can only occur between two people of different sexes.
The men who were wed, 31-year-old Bertrand Charpentier and Stephane Chapin, 34, have declared they will fight the decision.

oo, mga girls, wala sa constitution ng france na ikasal ang gays, meron sila, pwede lang sa legal partnership, but isang politician wants to blow himself up, he married the two, kaya the court judge will annul it.

when you think of it, disgusting to allow then to live in together, much more to marry them!

grabe na ang galaw ng mundo, too many weirdos happenings.
opinion lng to ng lola nyo.

Ask ko si Michel if gusto sumama.
What date daw.
Thursday May 19- May 24.
Anong holidays? Tanong niya uli.
Grand Prix lang naman, sagot ko.

Oh I am not sure, sabi ni Michel.
Sagot ko: Ah, then I book mine, hindi ka kasama...(Kala mo ha!)

He said: Really? You still go without me?
Me: What will I do on my holidays, that's a week holidays, I dont want to touch vaccum cleaners even in our houseon my holidays! Waaahhh! (Paiyak kuno ako, hihihi)

Michel said:Okey, Book me on Saturday, as I dont know if the Boss will close or not on Grand Prix de Monaco. Back on Sunday evening.

Me: So I can go? On Thursday - Tuesday? (Oo raw) Yehey!

Me: I book a hotel for us?OrI could stay with sistahs in Greenwich?
Michel: No, book a hotel on Saturday night.Only. You can stay when I am not there with sisters if you want.
Me: Oh Gooddie!
Sarap ng merong asawang "under"standing!LOL

So, solved, easyjet confirmed flights on May 19, back on May 24.Mine only. Very cheap flights!
Why? Because, mostly tourists flocked to Monaco for the Grand Prix. Me I do the reverse.
So the plane is not full up on my flights,I got the cheapest deal, 22 euros( 1,500 pesos) per trip.
If I fly from London Gatwick to Nice, it is 138 euros(9,000 pesos) per one way trip.
Di ba, naka bargain ang Lola nyo?
Michel: Saturday flight, back on Sunday, confirmed na rin.

Then yong holiday sa Phils...
Wala makuha sa internet.
All fully booked!Since a week na ako nag se search ha!

Waahhh, tawag sa travel agency, suki na si Michel.Meron, mura din, peak season pa yan ha!
Luftansa, 875 euros x 2 1,750 euros total.
Date July 25- August 10.
Confirmed na rin.

Problema, pera, sira ang printing machine! LOL

Meaning, sira na ang budget, kasi babayaran agad, di pwede bayaran even at the end of the month!
Bigay namin visa card for guarrantee. Muna.
Kasi today silip muna ako sa statement of account namin sa ATM machine.
Ngiihh, not available ang machine, out of order!
Pasok ako sa teller, ask her in French if possible to see my accounts, as out of order and ATM sa labas ng bank.
She ask for my bank card.
Look siya sa screen ng PC.
Ako naman, hehe, inaalibadbaran. Alam ko, red cross na account namin!
Alam ko negative na kami.
Mahal yong bagong bed!

The tellers face is not happy.
But she smiles at me.
It gave me a hope.
She said:(in French)

You are not on debit. You got 38 euros still on credit!

Ngiihhhhhhhhhhhh!

I went to travel agency still.
The lady said, yes you can get the ticket now, your husband already gave the visa card number via phone as guarrantee .
Patay, wala na laman yan! Gusto ko sabihin.
But no choice, she already prepared the tickets, hand me all tickets inside the envelope, our name written outside the envelope .
She told me to signed the reciept as transaction paid.
Ayoko pa sana pirmahan,( hey, wife lang ako ha, hindi ako mag babayad niyan!)

The girl said, as you are the wife, you can sign, even the name of card is your husband.
Ay! Wala ako ligtas.

Bahala na.
Sanay na ang banko na tawagan si Michel.

Sanay na si Michel lagi may wake up call from his bank.

Desserts, anyone?

Growers salted peanuts, onion rings chips, a container of sweetened dried fruits , squash dried seeds,Haagen-dasz ice cream, coffee, coca cola drink vs orange fruits and mineral water .

What will you take as a Pinay after meals?

I have lunch with Pinay friend and after a dish of Palabok (vermicilli noodles with shrimp sauce and crunch pork chicharon) then she served me that pica pica!

Shock to death, me, your Lola.

I decline the rest, I took only the orange fruit and mineral water. Oh, I took the ice cream, even my conscience warned me: Thats Fat Calorie! LOL

And you girls, what will you have after meals (In the lists or in your stocks?) Posted by Hello

Are you in Europe or in America?

I have still have this photo ,once a hot topic at asawa furom, so I put it back in my blog. Maybe you can comment, why is it so(the difference)? Posted by Hello

The thongs make it cheap looking , but hey, it is like that. I am wearing the same and it is not only sexy, but I dont feel like a Lola when wearing thongs.(Wink!)

Wearing Black clothes makes one more slimmer as black adds to it.But the style of dressing, one is in jeans, the other is in tights.

The food, Europe eats less, in USA they consume huge portions, and( in Mcdonalds).

The other one is in a beach side(or road side) the other one is on a bench, I am afraid it will not hold on longer...

What else did you notice?

TRAVEL UPDATES

Friday, April 15, 2005
State of denial when boarding your flightl?

Its official!
Airlines- even low fare airlines- have to pay you if you are delayed or denied boarding. The new rules cover passengers flying within the European Union or to and fro from an EU Airport on an EU airline.

Passengers who are bumped(denied boarding despite solid confirmed booking)or whose flights are cancelled can claim compensation of 250 euros (17,500 pesos) for short flights , and up to 600 euros for long flights.
They can also get a ticket refund, two telephone calls, meals and hotels.

Delayed passengers are entitled for meals and phone calls for delays longer than 5hours, they can get their money back , as well as free overnight hotel.

Lets just hope this generous compensation doesnt backfire and lead to higher rates.

Divorce in France, changes in 2005

On seperating the teabags from consequences, hehe!

1st of January, there are reform laws on dvivorce in France. This is to make the divorce process shorter and simpler. The aim of the laws is to seperate the causes from consequences a divorce would have.

Divorce at the joint request by the spouses:
Before, there are two hearings when a divorce is filed. The judge gave three month of "reflection" between them, if they really wanted to get divorce.
In the new law, there will be only one hearing provided the judge is happy that the joint consent is real and it would not be agaisnt the interests of the children or indeed one of the spouses.

Divorce requested and accepted in principle:

used where one requests the divorce ,the other accepted but there s some problems of splitting the children and assets. Now, it is no longer needs a list of reasons, if one agreed to accept the divorce, one cannot retract the agreement.

Divorce for reasons of definitive change on conjugal link:

One spouse can request a divorce if they had been seperated for two years. Before the law is six years.

Divorce for "fautes graves"
The law has now limited this form of divorce into serious behaviour such as violence, and not just things that drive a couple mad.(Not like the tea bag story of a divorce in UK, where the serious behaviour was cited by the wife that her husband locked the teabags away when he went to work!) LOL

In order to avoid mess and nastiness between each other, the couples will be offered automatically of a mediator.

A new aspect of this legislations is that the spouse at fault will not be penalised in the financial statement for having cause the marriage to break.Unlike before, the party at fault can even put claim on the financial settlements.

The ideal for everyone is that both parties are able to reach an agreement between themselves, with particular regard to the finances, if that is impossible, the judge will asses the settlement on the basis of creating a balance in the lives of the two parties after the divorce. The things to be considered are : the length of the marrige, age and the health of both and the jobs, thier choices during the marriage, example women who gave up their job in lieu of the children, pensions and even potential legacies.

Remember that after or even during the divorce, you should seek advice to change your will!

It is good that the new reforms has been made for greater protection in case of violence. From this year, a spouse can seek to have the other barred to matrimonial home before even the divorce proceedigns even begins, the party who has sought this protection has three months to file for the divorce.

According to the latest figures from the Ministère de la Justice in France, in 2001 ,9 out of 1000 marriages ended in divorce up from nearly three in every 1000 in 1960.
In 2003, there were 125,175 divorces and in 2004, 259,400 couples tied their knot.

In America, 70% got divorce in total marriages, and 60% of the same marriages got a second divorce in 5 years.

What is the problem?

One should breed rabbits instead huh!

Monaco Montecarlo, at the top is the Palace where the funeral rites is going on, while I took the photo.

No ordinary person (like me) can go near there, as it is very secured. Lots of dignitaries all over Europe came for the burial.Police Monaco, CRS and Gerdarmerie (Police National of France )are all over the exits of Monaco, closing the roads from 8am- 3pm.Car can pass with Dignitaries stickers only or car plates as residents of Monaco. Posted by Hello
It is very quiet as tourists are blocked to go in. What they will do there anyway, all shops are close. They cant be in at the Cathedral too as the road going up to the Palace is secured too of Palace Guards and France Police.

At the back of the Palace is the Mediterranian Sea.

Vegetal foam bed arrived!

Thursday, April 14, 2005

this picture of the bed shop from Foire the Nice. This is the bed that we ordered and it arrived last night. When the delivery arrived, they want to install it as it has some electrical gadgets to put the head and feet up and also we ordered two singles bed , which they will put together.

Michel as ever discreet said, he will install it himself, thanks. He doesnt want anybody could see our bedroom, (sometimes my bra /or panty is everywhere, hehe)

Three hours to do it! All the screws, the functions and the covers as it is an up and down on head and feet areas.
At last at 11pm we tried, ahhh, it is really worth the price. Its tooo expensive, x 6 the price of the normal bed,(our Simmons bed, we bought it 700 euros, double bed) but we didnt feel being robbed. The body when lying on it relaxed, all the pains of my back due to vaccuming floors were gone! I feel like floating!

Now I cant stay longer to pc in the salon(living room). We plan to put the tv and the pc in side the bedroom to avail the comfort of the bed, hehe.
I can type in my blog, while lying in the bed, can I? Posted by Hello

Prince Rainier and Prince Albert

picture of the Prince Rainier of Monaco, the husband of Princess Grace Kelly, an American actress of Hitchcock films. With him is his Son Prince Albert, now reigning as the head of Monaco, after the death of his Father, last April 6, 2005. Burial is tomorrow, as sad day to all Monaco residents called Monegasques. President Chirac of France is coming to pay tribute. The Palace is just ten minutes away by foot to where I work. Every minute we hear helicopters passing by the air for all dignitaries and diplomats coming from Nice Airport. Traffic from Antibes to Monaco is expected tomorrow from 8am-3pm. All shops are closed.Advice is to take a train, not private cars as auto route is full traffic.Prince Albert is still single, 47 years old. His father was married when he was 27 to Grace. They got two daughters too, Princess Caroline and Princess Stephanie. Monaco Montecarlo got more recognition in Holywood when Princess Grace become the wife of the Prince Rainier, initiated the Bal the Rose evening event for all therich and famous. Monaco become more famous as it was.

Just to show off, hehe:
At Cafe de Paris, Michel, me and Pinay friend have coffee outside one afternoon last week.
We fed our eyes with all the flashing cars all over in front of Casino Montecarlo.

Imagine a Mercedes Car 2004 is a taxi in Monaco. One cant service a Madame in fur coat and Van Clefs Arpels jewelries with just a jeepney, you know, hehehe.
