Mama mia, until now, there are still swindlers in philippines about this jpmorgan.

i found ur site just today, when i was searching for other mails containing the email from jpmorgan. I received one last march and i didnt realized it was a fake, but then it was not account to BPI and LYSANDER but rather to Smart padala and Bank of America and the hotel is in Westin Philippine plaza, i already paid the said amount when i called the hotel for the status of the said training, the hotel said there is a reservation but no confirmation from the company, anyways, its bad that i believed about it and many people actually do the same thing. I just want to know if the case has been solved. can you please let me know? i'll visit ur site again. I can email u the original letter if u want to,
And actually theres more,
After paying the 1500 php, you have to pay again 1000 php, for the POEA etc.they gave me another email too, if u want i can send you the two letters and i still have the copy of the smart padala receipt.

This is actually a sad state of our country. Filipinos desperate to move out so they can earn more money. If there were better opportunities at home, there wont be these type of scams anyway [or it wont be that successful].
Its good that there are some people who employ due diligence before they act on something. When it involves money, always be cautious!

Capability of a person is not measured by how you can speak well on the interview but to be measured by the actual training she/he had undergone.

Its because the US Embassy has temporarily pending the approval of your VISA forms to release to work in New York after training due to the following reasons:

2. All your papers should be authenticated first by the Malacañang Palace before they release a VISA form to a qualfiied applicants to work in US.
In connection to this, we apologize so much for the inconvenience that we are not aware as early as possible of this new policy regarding this matter because the representatives in the Philippines had informed us here in the main office very late and lack of time constraints. But it is sad to say that not all of you have given a chance to approved the VISA due to some reasons stated above.

hi thank your for this site.. i also got an email from MORGAN STANLEY GROUP OF COMPANIES (kuno) which has a satellite office in the philippines, Located at madrigal (something).. but i did research the site of the company which is real exist.. the company real exist but the scam tried to use the company's name to fool other people.. and i did notice that the company has no satellite office here in the philippines..
therefor i conclude..

My whole family was almost fooled into believing the email. It was like a dream come true. Then we read about the 1500 Php that we needed to pay for the reservation fee. Then we all realized that it was a fake. People are not suppose to send any amount of money for a job application. Thanks for all you guys out there who took the time to let people like me know of this scam. More power!

MY GOODNESS..WHAT SHOULD I DO? WE GET SCAM. JUST THIS SEPT 14, 2009. ITS A DIFFERENT NAME NOW..ITS MORGAN STANLEY NOW.
THE SAME EMAIL CONTENTS BUT DIFFERENT NAME IS BEING USED. ITS MORGAN STANLEY NOW..

damn..i shouldve listen to my husband. we really did send 1,500 for slot reservation..also the requirements.. AS IN EVERYTHING..except PASSPORT. kasi they want it to be scan..

im also one of the victim of this thing...id actually thought its really true...my sister already doubted bout it however i didn't listen to her...i payed d 1500 dn submited all my docs to them and payed also d 2500....hahaayyzz...so what will i do now? pls help..... hope u will reply about this matter
hmm in feb 9, 2010 someone gave me a spam message in my email and a text message .how did they get my mobile number? this stanley named person txted me if iam interested on their job training on new york he asked me to pass my requirements, i doubt this email straight job training without interview? his name is stanley a merril-lynch company is it true?plss help me....
think, why would he gave it to you, doesnt have any relatives to give the work to?
You can send fictitious requiremnts, to see how he behave. If he starts to ask 1500pesos processing fee, tell him, to whom.
If he get a bank account, get the name. Then check with the bank.
But never give a single cent.
You must remember, if it is legal they must have a POEA liscence.

bitaw naa sad ko nabasa karon sa sunstar last sunday na post nag hiring sila daghan kaayo, nindot kaayo ug mga gipanulti, mga benefits para sa imo famiy...ingon ana ra diay ka sayon sa mag post ka sa sunstar para mangilad lang sila...kafaet ka daghan jud mailad ani nila...kining si Ms Katleen Sue mao nay mag text nimo to confirm na nakawat na baka sa email nila alyas niya kath.
huhuhu, naguol jud ko coz I was thinking that " this is it" mao nani akong chance aron matabangan akong family but sad to say everything was just a false hope if you believe on this! Dapat daw magsend ug P1,500 for reservation but no need to worry kay refundable man daw i-inform lang daw si Morgan Stanley...honestly nagduda naman jud mi sa akong classmate coz over man gud ka nindot ang mga benefits nga gipanghinganlan murag dili najud siya katuohan. So we search and search & I'm happy kay niexist man jud ang company but the thing is we found this blog...huhuhu, wajud ko katuo as in....sakto jud d.i ang duda sa akong classmate nga ilad ra jud siya! @ least I've/we've found out before its too late she said.

Guys they almost got me..their using a new company name..Comverse Technology Inc. At first i thought it was real but im confuse because if it is real, why the number they gave is not a land line?..second if you have a company you must have a land line number. When i research the company, the number from the real website of comverse and the number they gave was different and the website also is different so i tried to contact the number they gave to me it says cannot be reached..their new name..jane flores and anton galindo..so beware of this scam
I am so grateful nga naa blog like this. I am one of the latest victims. They are indeed using different names and like the others i am afraid i have sent the requirements and 1500. When they asked for the 2500 pra kunuhay sa RED Ribbon nidako aku duda. well nagduda nako at first pa but wla nko nkita ang phone number and address pa s tinuod nga comverse in makati (so ng send gyud ku ug 1500)until last night that i decided to search again to verify kung tinuod ba gyud ang tanan. i went again sa site ng comverse and there NAKAMATA naku when i saw the real address and phone number sa makati office s Comverse. then i started searching for the m_mainoffice@yahoo.com and that's how i got to this site. i hope somebody had informed smart and western union about this and they(smart and western union) will do something to help catch these people..i pity the others nga wala pa idea about this scam. they will lose money and not only that, what hurts me more is the thought nga matunaw ra ilang dreams and how they would feel when they find out they have been fooled. i hope these scammers will be caught very soon.
