Last week, I went to OMI (Office Migration International) to inquire the "Regroupment Familial" and how to apply.
I am bringing my 2 minor kids to France soon.
The requirements are not difficult. We have work to prove, we pay tax, we have a room for the two kids coming among the lists etc etc. But one requirement that is hard for me to get is: Consent to Travel for the 2 to go to France . This paper must be signed by their Papa. Of all people... Meaning I have to crawl to him to have the papers signed. And it must be notarized and authenticated by DSWD(Dept of Social Welfare and Dev.)
I called Atty Pulido. She provide me the forms. I sent it to my daughter in Phils, instructing her to ask her father to sign.
He did! Woooh! No sweat....Yehey.
My daughter said, he signed the papers 5 copies(as per my instruction). They are having Jolibee meals. "We are four, his girl, his son, me and him. He even told me where to notarized it. He even provided the Cedula(residence cert. 2005 ."
Galing...Bait ng Ex ko... Yan lang ang best quality sa kanya, besides wala pera...
As I am jumping with joy, Michel asked me where is he living now?
I answered:My daughter told me they are packing to leave end of July to go in the street, as no more money to pay the rent.
Michel was touched, told me his suggestions if I give the Cherryhills house to my ex. How much is the rent of the family living there?
I said 1000pesos or 15 euros/month.
He said, "give him the house, after all, poor chap, he didnt get silly to oppose on the annulment, then the travel consent for the two kids to go to France. He has no work, no money, no house, instead has a family to look after... Give him the house, if I were you.
Kabait ni Lolo nyo.
Sige na nga. So on July 27 , 2pm I will see my ex, and the rentor of the house to discuss the situation. Poor rentor, he got a family too to shelter.
Maybe we can divide the house for two . After all it is an 80sq m.
Hirap nga naman wala work, house and money. When my daughter visited him today, he invite her to have lunch inside his room/flat, but only rice and fried eggs for lunch. My daughter said, no thank you, we can go out for Jolibee. The whole family was happy, its been along time they ate at Jolibee. Since he was out from Mercury Drug...
I felt the contrast of how my life now and his.
He feed rice and fried eggs to his family, while me I am booking a trip to Davao and Cebu that cost me 30 thousand pesos...
I need to be symphatetic and forgiving to people sometimes. Even I feel he doesnt deserve it...
Huuu, kahirap magpatawad eh...Pero, sige na nga, kanya na yong bahay...

Post a CommentNaku 'Day - i-patira mo na lang libre, huwag ihatag ang balay. Don't be overly generous that he signed the papers, anak niya naman ang gaganda ang buhay, di ba?
Well, I think Lolo is right. You are abundant, you can share that abundance; you'll lose nothing and in fact, you're gaining more...your children and a family including Lolo, hehe. When you do good things to people, good things will come. I believe in karma....good karma. Good luck with your life and take good care in travelling.
this is lyn..remember me:)?well i hope so...ur blog really interests me..very informative and a true to life story..keep it up!..i also admire ur generosity to ur ex,u may have gone tru pain in the past bcoz of him but still u managed to forgive him and give him shelter...that is so nice of u..and besides hes still the father of ur kids....GOd bless u!

I think, tama idea ni Plain jane.
Tama, pwede tira si ex, but no legal transfer of property. After all huh, my kids might need the house one day.
When they want to visit after loong stay in France.
See, dami ko talaga intelligent co bloggers. I am learning from them everyday. Thank you, thank you. Bow.
Hope you learn from my experiences too.

encouraging post mo today.
At times , my being nasty to my ex is more than being nice.
But you are right. Gaganda buhay natin if we give than not.
Its another form of investment. Good karma kapalit.

Hi Madame,
Ang bait ni Lolo Mike!
It's very good that you decided to be generous. Mas maluwag ang kalooban mo, diba. Mas stressful kung sasabihin mong hindi. Kahit may kasalanan sa iyo yung tao, you don't have to go down to his level to get back at him for what he has done.

ay bait naman ni lolo and lola, touched ako dun...basta ba when you will need the house one day e he will give it back to you...lam mo naman sa pinas, kami kasi dati, sa sobrang trust namin dun sa caretaker namin, ayun, pina agrarian reform lang naman kami, we lost a piece of land (rice land)..so ingat ingat lang...
Atty Pulido gave me a doc for him to sign that he is donatong his conjugal rights to the house to me and to his three children.
Hope he signed it.
Butler said : Give him the house, I pay the 15euors rent to you monthly.
Bait ni Butler even I did Pssk Pssk to him.
