The sea road between Cagnes sur Mer and the Hippodrome will be closed between 8 pm and 6 am every day until Thursday. Works to finish the Promenade are taking place, which have been going on for 8 months. The new Hippodrome
Promenade area will be inaugurated on Saturday 25 June. Cagnes Sur Mer is another beach area in Cote d'Azur.
Here's the pictures taken by your lola last Sunday.

Hippodrome Promenade , Cagnes Sur mer. Its beautiful now here. Before it is like an old city, now they put walkways for people to bike, walk, children can run without the traffic disturbing them. Picture taken yesterday Posted by Hello

Cagnes Sur Mer, looks nice, I will say one thing about our French Freinds in Europe, the French infrastructure is superb, hats off to French town planners and Engineers, I am sometimes ashamed, that when we were joining our freinds in building the Eurotunnel, the French Engineers had already built all the Infrastucture required to make the trains run at 180 MPH from Paris, Gare Du Nord to Calais, however when it came to our side of the tunnel, the trains had to slow to a embarassing 60MPH as our side of the track was not ready, thankfully now it is, but nevertheless France had already done its part, you cant argue with that. Congratulations Mes Amis.
So Pete, you are an engineer! Thats nice! Your wife landed well eh?wink!
True that France had been recognised worldwide for roads and train infrastructure (dontknow if this word fits! bleh!)
