The building is where Philippine Embassy, Monaco is.Next is another flag of another country, with black ribbon too and Monaco Flag (red and white) also being tied with black ribbon. I passed this area everyday going to my afternoon work.Today, only me in the road, everyone is off from work, except me. I have to pass by to see rabbit and then go home at 2pm.
