Monaco Montecarlo, at the top is the Palace where the funeral rites is going on, while I took the photo.

No ordinary person (like me) can go near there, as it is very secured. Lots of dignitaries all over Europe came for the burial.Police Monaco, CRS and Gerdarmerie (Police National of France )are all over the exits of Monaco, closing the roads from 8am- 3pm.Car can pass with Dignitaries stickers only or car plates as residents of Monaco.
It is very quiet as tourists are blocked to go in. What they will do there anyway, all shops are close. They cant be in at the Cathedral too as the road going up to the Palace is secured too of Palace Guards and France Police.

At the back of the Palace is the Mediterranian Sea.
