Mostly, car race lovers go to Monaco for that. Picture taken in front of Metropole Mall, the mall for the rich people of Monaco, where signature items are displayed Restaurants at the road side inviting tourists to go inside or eat outside for the sunshine.
Streets all over Monaco are clean as it is washd by soap and water every day before 6am.
