France gay marriage will be annuled

Thursday, April 21, 2005
The court of appeal in Bordeaux has annulled France's first gay marriage.
Announcing its ruling, the court declared the ceremony, which took place in June of last year, as a “ grande deception.”
The court ruled that under France's civil code, marriages can only occur between two people of different sexes.
The men who were wed, 31-year-old Bertrand Charpentier and Stephane Chapin, 34, have declared they will fight the decision.

oo, mga girls, wala sa constitution ng france na ikasal ang gays, meron sila, pwede lang sa legal partnership, but isang politician wants to blow himself up, he married the two, kaya the court judge will annul it.

when you think of it, disgusting to allow then to live in together, much more to marry them!

grabe na ang galaw ng mundo, too many weirdos happenings.
opinion lng to ng lola nyo.

We have neighbors who happen to be long term gay partners. They are accepted in the neighborhood and are pretty popular because they are decent human beings. They are very respectful of others and they don't flaunt their relationship. They are not the get-in-your-face gay activists who get naked and go carrying-on in the streets. We invited them over in the house for parties and are both very interesting people to have a smart conversations with.

They have the right to live and pursue happiness just like normal men and women do. They don't deserve to be scorned just because they have a different sexual orientation. I think when people are more accepting with other people's lifestyles, gay partner's wouldn't demand to be accepted by getting married. I believe that they want to get married because they want their relationship to be accepted and recognized by the society that they live in.
It is very nice to symphatize with them, after all it is true, they got a life to live also.

In my opinion, there are principles in life that we should respect : It is natural that a man will live and have sex with a woman and vice versa. To cohabit man with man or woman with woman, (nature, conscience, principles,) dictates, it should not so.

The newly elected Pope Ratzinger (Benoit 16th) said so in line with what the Spain Govt allowed gay marriages (as legally accepted).

"Interviewed in the Italian newspaper, Corriere de la Serra, Cardinal Lopez Trujillo said the Church was making an urgent call for freedom of conscience for Roman Catholics and appealing to them to resist the law.

He said every profession linked with implementing homosexual marriages should oppose it, even if it meant losing their jobs.

The cardinal insisted that just because something was made law it did not make it right.

Meaning (as far as I understand ha?) It is a law (from men) but not a law from God.

What is right, is what the conscience dictates, base on HOW God view the matter.

God didnt create a gay or a lesbian. He created man and woman in His image.
It will be an insult to the Creator to have a Gay or a Lesbian in his Creation, and top of it to approved them to marry legally.

God is the Creator of Marriage too.

In Gods' eyes, to be a Gay or a Lesbian is punishable by death.

Why it is happening, this type?

the Gay and lesbian relationship is part of being modern, being broad minded, being different.
Politicians are gaining lesbians and gays votes. All in politics, hehe.

On the whole, one can do what they want to do,though ,as long as I dont take part in it.(wink!)

I like gays, they are fun to be with, have a good laugh with them when In Phils,as long as it is all on clean fun, but for what they are doing (sex and marriage, and adopting a child) no.
ay mali ako, soweee! it is not the new Pope that said so, hindi ko lang ma delete, waaah! as usual me and my big mouth! Sorry Pope.

Its not him , girls, who said so it was the Cardinal as read in Italian newspaper.
But I think the Pope would agree what Cardinal Trujillo said?
