Applications by post
POSTAL APPLICATIONS
Only permanent residents of France, the DOM TOM , Monaco and from 1 December 2004, Luxembourg, may send applications by post. In this case the fee should be in the form of euro mandat-cash or payment on-line accessible through the 'on-line' application form. The mandat cash should be made payable to the British Embassy Paris and include the visa fee plus the handling/postage charge of 18.00€(dito lang ako bayad, reklamo pa Fafa ko!)

Please note that we do not accept cheques. Never send cash by post. Unless you have recently been issued with a visa, it is recommended that you apply and pay for only a six month validity visa, as we cannot refund in cases of overpayment.

Click here for visa fees. Please note that the visa fees are not refundable.

We aim to deal with your application within 8 working days. All passports will be returned by Chronopost using their overnight delivery service. If your application is urgent, please use one of the recognised courier services. We will process your application as a priority. Please include the door code to your building on your form so that the Chronopost employee can deliver your package. Failure to do this can result in delays.

Although we make every effort to do so, we cannot guarantee that your application can be resolved by post. We may require you to attend a personal interview in Paris. Please do not send e-mails or faxes to us about your application as this can cause delays with your application as well as other people.

You are advised not to buy a ticket if delay or refusal of your application would result in financial loss. THE CONSULATE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH LOSSES.
