Kasi wala na time. Mag breakfast pa ako.
Kagabi maganda palabas sa TV kaya off ang pc.

Monaco is not France.

Taxes is 5.5 % of your salary.
19.60 % if you buy for your needs, shown in your bill.
You pay tax habitation (rent tax or property tax)

Bulletin de Salaire:
21% of your salary goes to your retirement.
Plus employers' share.

Civil state in France is for all.Wala discrimination against race, religion.
You can attend any religion you want, as many as you want, it is your right.
But must be according to the law, no violence.
Women has equal rights to men.

Everyone has rights that the law respects.
You can live without marriage.
You can legalized union even gay or lesbian.
You can live together even one or both are still married to another.
It is your life, your choice, the law will not call you immoral.
Illegitimate and legitimate children has same rights too.
You have the right to express your opinions via rally(greve)

Citizenship is granted after 5 years living in France, regular status(upon reciept of Titre de Sejour.)
Two years to those married with a French Citizen.
But must have no pending divorce, or citizenship will be denied.
PACCs Union are not included for French Citizenship.
They are not considered marriage by the law.
(Ay?)Daya!
Children born in France by foreign parents can be citizens if reach 18 years old and have lived in France for 5 years.
Not before 18 years old.
They are to decide themselves, not the parents.

Lunch kami sa resto, invited and paid by the French Republic, hehe.
Wala lang wine,( sad).
Then bayad kami kung gusto namin dessert or coffee.
Pero enjoy ako sa lambchops, sarap!

So far, yan muna. Check ko pa files ko later tonight.
Edit ko na lang.
Abientot to all!
Muah!

Triviabuff
ay oo nga, buti ikaw alam mo. Ako malay ko dyan!
Besides the lecture is all in French.
Di ko gusto sa France, too much freedom of speech.
Sabi ng nag lelecture: allez, tell the prefecture, return your titre de sejour!
natatakot ako sa debate nila. Di ako sanay sa sigawan!
Ayoko talaga sa mga arabs/muslims.
ay pareho tayo, yoko rin sa kanila..

here's what i gathered about taxes on revenu naman:

< 4262€ = 0%
4262 > x < 8382 = 6.83%
8382 > x < 14753 = 19.14%
14753 > x < 23888 = 28.26%
23888 > x < 38868 = 37.38%
38868 > x < 47932 = 42.62%
> 47932 = 48.09%

but is deductible pa depending on your QF (quotient familial) atbp.

at syempre kung me deductible, meron ding additional kung me source of revenu ka pang iba like stock options etc.

and yes, dont forget the taxe d'habitation (habitation tax) and taxe foncière (property tax).

VAT (TVA here) is 19.6% but is reduced to 5.5% for basic commodities such as food (they're still thinking if they would reduced la restauration to 5.5% - luxury daw kasi!). nakikichika ka nung they're discussing about taxes no hehe...

hay naku, they havent changed anything sa PACS pala, im waiting for it. my boss said (PACSed din sya) that they're reviewing of aligning the benefits to mariage status...kasi naman no, we have to wait 3 yrs before we could have common tax declaration!

bon weekend...and bon getaway to red light distict sa amsterdam :)
opps, there's another one. the 21% deduction from your salary not only covers retirement but also all other social charges eg medical coverage, unemployment insurance, education benefits, pangsweldo sa govt officials and employees at marami pang iba. the employer adds up ~46% of your salary to your account so parang you're contributing 67% actually but paying only 21%..isnt that great?
Maybe a year pa, pwede na.
